Worst experience ever will be getting the news and legal action after they had me give them money for something I already owned and still owned and could have avoided I will never do business with them ever again.

I generally avoid dealer visits unless it's for warranty
I generally avoid dealer visits unless it's for warranty items. Took my car there to get wheels swapped (summer to winter) and they proceeded to drop a tire on the side skirt rocker panel and gashed it. They covered it up with grease to conceal it and I didn't see it until I arrived home. Emailed them about the issue requesting the part be replaced and never heard back. Would advise to avoid this service center as I've heard they are some of the worst technicians. Service Advisors there have also been known to charge different prices for different customers. They charged me $100 more than a friend that had the same service performed days earlier. Come to find out after refusing an alignment, they didn't torque the wheels to spec and I had some vibration issues until I got that sorted. Avoid at all costs.

Extremely disappointed with the level of customer service
Extremely disappointed with the level of customer service which has seemed to have drastically declined over the past 8 months or so. Had my car in for a detail last July and there were some issues which I pointed out to the service advisor. He said he would review the tapes and get back to me. STILL waiting! Called last week regarding a scratched rim. The operator took my number and said someone would call me. STILL waiting! I have ben a customer there for MANY years and have never been treated like this. My lease is up in a couple months. Highly doubt it will be another BMW!

Not willing to work with a customer. . Told me that no dealership delivers. I worked with another dealership in New Jersey and they delivered the car for me. Answered all questions. BMW of Mt. Laurel treated me like I was not important to them So I moved on and purchased from another dealership who worked well and was eager to help me get the car! Wont waste another phone call to Mt. Laurel!

We recently purchased an Alfa Romeo from Mt.
We recently purchased an Alfa Romeo from Mt. Laurel BMW and, unfortunately, had several issues with the process. We?re still hoping to resolve these concerns and give the dealership a chance to make things right. 1. Car Condition We drove 2.5 hours to find the car?s hood was tilted and it was missing ISOFIX covers and other parts. The car had to be sent to the detailing department three times to fix these issues, which was unprofessional. 2. Only One Key We weren?t told in advance that the car only came with one key, which was a deal breaker. Our sales rep, contacted the previous owner to mail the second key, but we felt it was an unnecessary hassle. 3. Delays and Lack of Attention After spending 4 hours at the dealership, we were told to return at 5:30 PM to pick up the key. Additionally, they almost forgot to provide us with the temporary license plate, causing unnecessary stress. 4. Cashing of Cashier?s Check We were asked for a cashier?s check for financing, but later found out it was cashed without our consent, which was unsettling. 5. Steering Wheel Damage After bringing the car home, we noticed a rip in the steering wheel leather, which should have been caught in the inspection. 6. Broken Gear Shifter and Missing Parts We were promised that the broken gear shifter would be ordered and repaired within 30 days, but it's been over two weeks with no updates. The lack of transparency and communication has been frustrating, and we?re hoping for a clear timeline on the repair and missing parts. 7. Hoping for Resolution Despite these issues, we want to give Mt. Laurel BMW a chance to resolve the situation. We?re hoping for timely repairs and better communication moving forward. We?d like to revise this review positively once the issues are addressed. Rating: 2/5 (Pending resolution of issues)
