Told me 2019 ram 1500 problem was the brake clips mind you never fixed cause supposedly the parts where back order . I took my car to my regular dealer ship turn out it’s my drive shaft how you get brake clips from drive shaft . I guess I can work at dealer ship with no experience to cause the tech sure enough didn’t have any experience poor dealer never ever again .

We made an agreement of 28k with a 100k. warranty for the truck. It had a 23k residual at lease end and obviously i owed a few more payments plus tax and tags and fees which i was lead to believe was the 28k buy out. I unfortunately didn't read the entire contract as i was signing at nearly 9pm at night and when the bank called to confirm the 35k loan i was obviously surprised and upset. I was mislead. I could've bought this truck much cheaper using my own bank and i feel like i was taken advantage.

Had warranty work done. The part was received quickly & John waisted no time getting me in for the repair. He had me wait & put a mechanic on the job right away. I was happily on my way in approximately an hour & a half. I’ve had no problems since the repair. Can’t ask for better service than that.
