Had new tires installed on my Ram 2500.

Had new tires installed on my Ram 2500. When I picked up my truck the tires were at 36psi on the back tires (supposed to be 80psi), and 44psi on the fronts (65psi). I had the shop fill my tires and was told by a mechanic that most CARS have 32psi and can see how this could have happened! Mind blown. In addition I had to pay an additional 2.25% for using my credit card with no notice beforehand. This group use to be exceptional. They have fallen off the rails in the last couple of years.

had to call and leave messages and never received a call

had to call and leave messages and never received a call back had to speak to a sales manager before i got a call back in order to get appointment for service..............i 've been coming to dealer seen th 90's and never had this bad service......need to be fixed

I dropped my vehicle off for an issue so well known that

I dropped my vehicle off for an issue so well known that there is actually a class action lawsuit against the company. Spoke to my sales rep when I dropped it off and told him that. He said that that’s great because that means that they already know what’s wrong with it and how to fix it.They had my vehicle for a week and drove it 100 miles (Not the 6 that they claimed on the paperwork). They claimed that they could not duplicate any of the issues that we are having. This isn’t the first time that they’ve claimed that. Our other vehicle had issues and every time we dropped it off for service, they would claim that they could not duplicate the issue. Magically 3000 miles after the warranty expired, that noise that we kept complaining about suddenly became a major transmission issue that we needed to get fixed for thousands of dollars. I used to be a huge fan of the Dodge brand but now I am starting to think that maybe I was wrong about them.

As soon as I sat down I was greeted and handed off to Stanley and was very much taken care of. He made me feal welcome and wanted and absolutely handled everything professionally and would recommend him to anyone shopping for a Dodge.
