Review closely before signing

We finally agreed on a price. Even after mike sunuti lied about manufacture warranty’s not being available, that absolutely we’re available. The paperwork was very confusing( on purpose)After getting home I realized mike sunuti pulled a fast one on me. Did not subtract the down payment and charged me for the warranty he was “throwing in for free”. Ended up paying thousands more then agreed on. Of course the dealer wouldn’t refund anything since we already signed. If mike sunuti is the guy that approach’s you, find a different salesman immediately. However i would recommend finding a completely different dealership. PS. They ask you to write reviews before signing the papers, I’m sure this situation has happened to many of these other reviewers

Just purchased a 2018 Dodge Challenger TA

Great buying experience!

My husband and I came in to test drive mini vans. We test drove two different makes and models and chose a pre-owned Honda Odyssey. Our salesperson Ayzel helped us understand the process of trading in our car and worked with Chris and Albert to help us stick to our monthly payment budget with financing the mini van. Thank you guys so much! We love the van almost as much as our little ones do!

treated well, quick transaction

I would suggest a customer lounge area that is heated and cooled with a TV or reading material. The wait for my new car to be detailed was, just a bit long, not ridiculous but a bit long.

This dealership is the greatest. Everybody was very helpful and friendly. All the paperwork for the sale was done at a fast pace that suited my needs..I went to start browsing and I ended up purchasing..

bait and switch

We asked for a lease deal on a van similar to the all the previous leases that we had. My husband went in and worked out all the pricing and details, including the fact that we wanted a 12,000 mile a year lease because that is what we always get. We went back when I was free to sign and assumed the details were as to what my husband had told them . I realize that I should have read all the details but there are a lot of pages and I don't like to get involved in the negotiation part of the deal. Needless to say , in order to get us to a price that we were willing to pay We believe that they switched it to a 10000 mile lease in order to make the price better and did not ask us if that was something we wanted to change. Unfortunately we had a bad experience at another Chrysler dealership so we came to this one instead, now I feel that they are just too sneaky and I will not buy or lease another Chrysler.
