I've purchased many autos, but this was my first time buying from FC Kerbeck. I received the highest levels of executive class, customer service, throughout my purchase from Steve Capra. Steve provided intelligent, fact based, straight talk in response to my many questions regarding the vehicle, maintenance, warranty and pricing. Steve provided prompt, professional and friendly communications over several weeks of long-distance shopping via telephone and email. Steve is the most skillful salesman, I've ever come across and he made my buying experience at Kerbeck truly enjoyable. When I'm ready for another vehicle, I'll be back to Steve at Kerbeck. I finalized the paperwork with Glen Smith ,a pleasurable gentleman to work with, who expertly and entertainingly explained each of the required forms.

From the first day I walked in just curious to see what was available to the day I picked up my new Maserati Ghibli S Q4 Steve Capra was great to deal with. It took me about a week to sell my BMW and get the insurance together. Steve was helpful and never pressured me to get the deal done. That's because FC Kerbeck knows how to treat their customers. I have purchased 3 BMW cars in the last few years and never was treated by their sales staff as well as Steve on this purchase. I also visited Audi their customer service was terrible. Purchased a Bentley Continental GT from Greg Reed over at FC Kerbeck. Greg was extremely knowledgeable and more so, was able to get us the car we wanted.
