Craig and the River View Ford team recently helped my son and I purchase his first vehicle. They made the process extremely easy and stress free. This is the second vehicle we have purchased through Craig and team.

This was my easiest car buying experience by far! Costco sent me to Craig at this dealership who was amazing & worked out everything necessary with me ahead of time so we didn’t have to spend any time negotiating while at the dealership. 5 star experience all around with everyone we dealt with during the process. Highly recommend!

craig did a excellent job getting me numbers on a new pickup and had the price down before I even went to the dealership once I went to the dealership we finalize everything and I was out the door in less than 2 hours jack has been great finishing everything up that day and ever since that day

I was considering a Bronco and Costco sent me to Craig and Riverview Ford. I’ve never had a more comfortable buying experience. John Hennessy, the owner, let me drive his limited edition 2-door and I also test drove a 4-door Outer Banks model. John explained that they have retirees who pick up your vehicle for service and return it when done. And that made the decision to purchase at Riverview that much easier. Tom, the sales manager, went and secured the exact 2-door Wildtrack I was hoping for. Paperwork and pricing was done in advance with no haggling needed. On the day I took delivery, Tom hid the car in a service bay because he wanted to see my face when I saw the car. Stunning! Photos do not do the car justice! It has turned some heads already. Tom spent an hour going over features and taught how to take the roof off and store it properly for a long, enjoyable drive.

Probably the easiest vehicle purchase I’ve ever made. Craig had all the details hammered out through email before I ever to the dealership. I think I spent about an hour there including the test drive. I live an hour away and it was definitely worth the trip. We’ll be back next time.
