Called in the morning for an oil change.
Called in the morning for an oil change. I had limited time to get it done. The service rep told me to bring my car in in the afternoon. Once I arrived, it only took an hour to complete The Works on my Explorer. Always fantastic service from this group.

tire repair
I dealt with two (2) service repair employees at Ace Ford. Both were extremely helpful. My tire was torn to shreds and they contacted the insurance company for me. I am very pleased with Ace Ford and hope to purchase my next lease with them.

The service department is top notch. Vehicle is gone over with a fine tooth comb. All the PM work is complete and you drive off in a safe vehicle. After 30+ years of using their service department, we have not had one vehicle break down on the road. Not just Ford products but Chrysler, Honda, Jeep, Toyota, and Infiniti cars as well.
