Loving the 2015 IS 350 F
First off I felt good about being there where i was greeted by the staff and no pressure . I had Marshall as my sales rep. . He ask what I was looking for down to the color. . I had picked out the IS 350 F . .we made the deal on my trade and price for the new car in no time . Then another member of the staff did a great job explaining all of the interior off the car . Worse Experience without even walking through the door
I had made an email enquiry for a 2015 Lexus Rx 350. I had got a price quote that was very high compared to other offers I had. I had emailed the rep Jay Carares regarding the other pricing to see if they could get close to the numbers. I live between two Lexus dealers and was hoping to go with one of them. Unfortunately the attitude of Haldeman Lexus cost them by business. First they refused to acknowlege the competitor bids. Secondly, they tried to make it seem that the other offer was all fluff and no substance. I was completely disappointed with the attitude. When I brought this up with thier GM sales, he didnt care either. Shows what kind of dealership they run. I would never buy from this dealer nor recommend them to anyone. Good luck running shop with this kind of attitude.

2nd Lexus within 6 mos. Thank you, Kevin!
Late last year, I was in the market for a new car. Since my cousin's last 4 cars were each a Lexus,.. she referred me to the Haldeman Lexus dealership. I was referred to Kevin Dunn. Working with Kevin was a great experience! I told him what I was interested in, and we discussed my price range and the trade in on my current car at that time. Kevin was upfront with everything and so nice to work with. He worked out a great deal for me! After having the car only 5 months, I was in bad car accident just a few miles from home. The driver of an SUV wasn?t paying attention and slammed into my vehicle. The car was totaled. While I do have injuries, I didn?t have any broken bones. The Lexus I was driving is the reason I technically "walked away". Once the insurance company confirmed what I already knew (that the car was a total loss), there was no question what my next vehicle was going to be? Another Lexus ES350. Again I reached out to Kevin and told him I was in the market for a new vehicle? Needless to say, he was briefly puzzled, as it had only been 5 months since he helped me with a new car. I shared with him what happened (and the car photos). Not only was he sincerely concerned about my well-being, he also immediately began helping me get back into a Lexus ES350. As expected, I wanted the same car, black on black with navigation. Kevin stayed in touch with me every day to keep me posted on his progress finding the car I wanted. In a matter of a few short days,? he had it delivered to the dealership. Not only do I highly recommend a Lexus to every potential car buyer; ? More specifically, I recommend asking for KEVIN DUNN, as your sales rep at Haldeman Lexus!!

He was friendly, easy to work with, and very patient when getting me the level of detail I required for the sale.
