Haldeman Lexus of Princeton

This was my 1st time visiting Haldeman Service Dept. I recently purchased my Lexus NX350 from another non-Lexus Dealer and needed Key Fobs programmed. Tara was very courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. My whole time there she kept me informed of the progress. I will definitely be using this dealership as my 1st choice for service of my NX 350, in the future.

Came in for 11:15 appointment and was out after an hour. The waiting lounge was cleaned, comfortable, and had refreshments. Tara Hallowell was our Service Consultant and did a terrific job.

Horrible experience at Haldeman Lexus with a used vehicle. I communicated with Jake, a salesman for several days concerning a used Mazda. On 12/22/23 at 1 pm we came to an agreement and I told him I was making the 1:15 drive to buy the vehicle. When I was about 45 minutes into my drive, I received a text stating the vehicle was sold. In a classic bait and switch tactic, he sent me a similar more expensive vehicle. The car was in the dealers inventory for a month yet amazingly sold within the 1 hour that I was driving there. I’m disappointed in the dealer and the tactics used. I would not recommend using this dealership. Mike from PA

The employees at this dealership collectively, are a group of people who are knowledgeable and willing to address any issue you may have regarding your Lexus. They are very professional and welcoming. The physical dealership is impeccably clean and relaxing- complete with refreshments while you wait !
