I don’t have any worries about car issues since I have my Lexus bought and care with this dealer. Although the maintenance fees is high but it is worthy. Love the lounge to relax when your car is taken care and the warmth from the personal who works there.

I had a problem with my 2021ES 350 , it wouldn’t turn over to even start it; it had absolutely no power. Lexus road service was here in 30 minutes, got it running and towed it to Haldeman. It was a very short period of time that i received a text message from Jean saying that my car was ready for pick up. They had replaced the battery and another part. I am so thankful that I have Haldeman as my dealer. They went above and beyond to get my Lexus running. When I buy another Lexus; it will be from them. Kudos to Jean, I surely hope they pay her enough!

This was my 1st time visiting Haldeman Service Dept. I recently purchased my Lexus NX350 from another non-Lexus Dealer and needed Key Fobs programmed.
