Bought my 3rd car from them and have always been treated fair. John Needham was my last salesman for my 2015 Rav 4. I would recommend this dealer to everyone had me in and out in around an hour so thats fast.

I had the best experience i ever had shopping for a car at Gateway. The overall friendliness and professionalism of the staff was superb. Our salesman Keith was excellent. He made sure we were always taken care of throughout the whole process and even followed up a few days later to make sure everything was satisfactory.

The reason for the title of my review is because the "salesman" Keith Paul was more like a cousin in the business helping us pick out a car. Keith went out of his way to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted. Gateway will certainly be recommended to our friends and they will most definitely be asking for Keith. Wish i could remember the names of the people that helped us as they were all very helpful.

I had a great experience buying my car at Gateway. Keith was awesome, thorough, and an all around pleasure to work with. I could tell from the very beginning he had my best interest at heart. He is definitely not like most car salesman I have dealt with. I bought a new car from Gateway in 2001 and had it serviced in their service dept. up until the very end. They were great as well and my 2001 Avalon drove excellent right up until the day I sold it with over 200,000 miles on it. If you are considering buying a new car I highly recommend Gateway and most importantly ask for Keith.
