DCH Academy Honda

I went to DCH Honda to look for an affordable car. Jason was very knowledgeable with regards to promo's running and the vehicles themselves. No haggle no fuss he worked with me and his team to get me into a beautiful 2017 Honda Accord. I couldn't be happier with the experience.

I was out shopping for the new Honda CR-V EX trim for the past 2 weeks or so. I visited another Honda showroom near my home but they were not willing to compromise on the lease price. Then I read about DCH Honda and went in earlier this week. I must say I do not regret my decision. I was totally impressed with Bryan and how he made that deal possible after multiple back and forth with his manager. I was not willing to negotiate on the monthly lease amount or on the down payment. It was a steep deal but Bryan was determined to make it happen. Finally he made it work !! I truly think he and others in the dealership are here to help their customers get the best deals not to say they have a wonderful customer service. Bryan took care of the paperwork once we made a deal and I was out of there in an hour or so with no hassles whatsoever. Bryan is a great salesman and wants to do business with customers. I am very happy that I got the car i wanted and at the price I had in mind. I would highly recommend DCH to anybody shopping for a new or a used car.

I have leased many cars before and this is the first time i went for an Accord hybrid, because of the unbelievable Deal they offered. I am aware of the protocol of how a customer will be loaded with additional charges as we move closer to signing the deal. But Working with Ashley is a total different experience. She explained the total charges upfront and her knowledge in hybrid cars is an Asset to DCH Honda. In fact she was the one who gave me the best of the best deal of purchasing the vehicle from DCH Dealership, i had another crazy offer from different Honda Dealer but was eventually beaten by DCH. During my one week car hunt, i visited Ford,Toyota,Mazda,Acura,Nissan,VW and met different sales person, but Ashley is one of a kind who makes Customer comfortable and makes them stay at the dealership to know more about the car and the offers. I am very happy that i bought a quality Car from the right person and right dealership. Vijay

Jason was so patient and helpful. First went in looking for a used CR-V, that was coming off lease. Test drove a couple and they were ok. Jason told me about the all new 2017 CR-V, and all the new features. Test drove it and wow. Jason gave us a great deal and I'm loving my new car.

No joke. I'm a shopper, just like you. I visited 5 other dealers, and even priced out the Costco and TrueCar deals. In all candor, I knew exactly what I wanted and what range I was willing to pay for it in. Meagan was phenomenal. The epitome of honesty, professionalism, and transparency. Less some minor hiccups, the experience was dynamite. Will repeat business with these guys, and Megan specifically in the future, after doing my homework - it makes your job, and theirs, easier if you've done some research. A pleasure to deal with, end-to-end, including Bryan (Sales), John (Manager), and Paul (Contract & DMV Ninja).
