DCH Academy Honda

Found listings for new 2017 Honda Civics via Autolist and submitted a request for more info on the hatchback model. I ultimately ended up choosing to go to DCH Academy Honda over other Honda Dealers closer to me based on Kylie's great communication and professional looking emails loaded with images of the cars. Kylie reached out to me very quickly with no lag in communication really and had me scheduled for a test drive without being pushy as other dealerships can be. When I arrived for my test drive I was greeted by Ash who took over from that point forward as Kylie is just the internet sales connection. Ash was friendly, understood what I was looking for in a car and enjoyed test driving it. Didn't really like the somewhat narrow rear window of the hatch for visibility when driving, and ended up going for the Sedan instead. This being my 1st new car, as I've always only purchased used in the past I was a bit unsure of which color to get and Ash offered his opinion of going for the Modern Steel color and I'm glad I did. The paperwork process tends to be annoying in my past experience but Ash kept it quick and moved it along pretty quickly without making me feel rushed at all. Then we moved onto working with Paul Papis for the financing portion of the trip. This isn't usually the fun part and I was surprised to see the APR come in a bit higher than I thought I would gt based on my credit score etc...and I managed to work with Paul to arrive at a more palatable offer that was fair to me as a buyer and fair to them as a business. All in all I'm extremely happy with my purchase and while Civics are made to last super long....I already have a feeling my next new car will be from them. Their prices are super competitive and the staff I worked with were all great people who appear to genuinely care about their customers and want to keep you happy and avoid having you come back dissatisfied, whereas other dealerships were too hard selling that I spoke to and took forever to communicate with.

This was my second experience at DCH Honda and am very happy! Bryan Gamble was great, walking me thru the options, willing to accommodate my request and did great working with me. I will definitely recommend him to others! Purchasing a vehicle is never am easy experience, however he was great at making it an easier experience.

I worked Megan at the dealership and this was beyond the best experience I've ever had! I was nervous being since this is my first car purchase but she made this experience so enjoyable. I will definitely be coming back to her and DCH Academy Honda again!

I recommend Dimitri if you are looking for a Hobda! When you are looking for a car it should be fun and relaxing, and he definitely fits that. He is not pushy, and he works with you as best he can. He follows up, and is a very nice man. Over all the sales reps I've talked to he most certainly is the best. Thank you so much again.

Purchased a new Honda Civic EX over the Memorial Day Weekend Holiday and I can't express how GREAT of an experience it was at DCH Academy Honda. George Kourmouzis helped my brother in law and I purchase our vehicles with ease.
