My gladiator went in for regular service(oil change tire rotation). Service was done in a very timely manner without any issue. My service advisor Nicole was excellent. She explained the service and future things that would be needed. She was so pleasant and informative. Very professional. I will not hesitate to go back for any further service.

I brought our Jeep in to have a window leak fixed.
I brought our Jeep in to have a window leak fixed. We all know Jeeps are famous for water intrusion but I was told there was someone they use that does all their leak repair. I was contacted after the test was done and I was told there were two choices. A) It could be fixed with a total door seal replacement for just over $1000. This job would have a guarantee with it. OR for $360 they could fix it without the guarantee. At the suggestion of the "service specialist" I choose the $360 fix .. First rain there was water all over the floor mats up front. Now, I understand that I choose the no guarantee path .. but, after paying over $300 one would expect some sort of result. There were zero results. A phone call to service just got me "We told you so" ... This charlatan who most likely did nothing is an outside contractor. When I asked for the contractors name and business I was given a made up name. So follow me here .. He has to wet the car down to find the leak (I would assume) He does whatever it is he does when a customer doesn't want to spend the $1000 .. Then, you would think he would wet the car down again to check his work (assuming he did anything at all) .. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR TO FULLERTON is my advice. I must add, while they had the car in the shop they gave it a once over. Ya know the multi point inspection. I got an estimate that said $13,000 .. That is not a mistype .. Once again. Find a local car shop and give them your business .. FULLERTON should be named FULL-OF-IT. If it were possible I wouldn't even give them 1 star.

My last visit with Fullerton Dodge Service for an exhaust
My last visit with Fullerton Dodge Service for an exhaust leak went the same as always, EXCELLENT. The work was accomplished very fast and correctly. I was not aware how much noise my Charger was making until the service was done. I was taken home and picked up without any issues at all. Everyone was very friendly and courteous. Thanks Again for a perfect service.

I purchased my Dodge Charger from Fullerton Dodge in 2013
I purchased my Dodge Charger from Fullerton Dodge in 2013 and they are the only one to service my Charger. My service advisor, George, has always responded to my TXT messages and all of my service has been done quickly and correct. I would totally recommend their service department for any and all work on a customer's car or truck. They even handled a somewhat overreacting (very) customer without any issues. And YES, I plan on using their service dept every time my Charger requires service.

In reference to the maintenance appointment I had last month in which your " certified mechanic " inspected my vehicle for the vibration i was feeling and you said car if perfect I actually had a broken control arm plus you never did the brakes only cut and shined rotors You guys are a bunch of con artists, I'll be filing law suit against you !!!

My recent experience with Fullerton Dodge service was with George as my service advisor, He was extremely helpful and very quick to respond to my texts concerning my repairs. My Dodge Charger went in on an emergency for overheating, they took it in right away and took care of the problem in a reasonable amount of time. I have never had any problems with the service at Fullerton Dodge, it has always been completed properly and fast.
