I wanted to say I am very happy with my experience at Russ Darrow. They answered all the question's I needed to know about the car I really was interested in. When I am in the market for a new car they are my first choice! When I am in the market for a new car they are my first choice.

Worst Experience

The dealer promised me the college rebate on 8/2/2016, so I paid the deposit. On 8/6/2016, the day of delivery, right before I signing the check, I found out BY MYSELF that I don't have the rebate. It turned out the rebate already expired on 8/1/2016. BUT I ASKED THE DEALER TO CHECK THE REBATE ON 8/2/2016, and they promised me I still have that. They even copied my diploma and transcript for document. All to make me pay the deposit. And I found out I've been fooled when I was doing the finance. The price on check is $500 higher than the price I've been promised. I asked the dealer, he said the day he promised me the rebate is still available, but the day we deliver is not (even this turned out to be a lie. On the day he promised me, it's already expired). I asked him when he plan to tell me, he said today. I made an official complaint with the dealer's manager right after the purchase, he said he would talk to his manager and contact me. Till now, 8/15/2016, no one contact me for that. Thanks for ruining my day of owning my first car.

found the terrific automobile for us

Every time my partner and I come in to this Russ Darrow car dealership I really receive great service.  Their approach puts you at ease during the negotiation and final purchase. I really personally would go back to this motor vehicle store yet again in the future. Based on what my wife and my spouse told them we were browsing for they found the terrific automobile for us.

highly recommend

The buying experience at Russ Darrow was pleasant and quick. This is the second car that I have leased from Russ Darrow It's nice to know there is a dealership out there who cares about their customers. I would highly recommend Russ Darow

got a great deal

We came in today because my wife needed to trade her car in for something new. They made doing all of the paperwork relatively painless. Once again the Russ Darrow employees delivered a great deal on an excellent truck. I would definitely go to Russ Darrow again for my next vehicle.

fantastic deal

Today I bought my first car from this Russ Darrow dealership. Everyone I delt with at this Russ Darrow Dealership was very friendly. Once again the Russ Darrow staff delivered a fantastic deal on an car that is excellent. I felt very comfortable walking out of the dealership with the deal we got.

pleasant

This was one of the most pleasant car buying experiences we have ever had.  Our salesperson was very knowledgeable, and found exactly what I was looking for. Some of the best people and customer service I ever had. I can honestly say Russ Darrow exceeded all our expectation's.
