Very positive experience overall and the staff was...

Very positive experience overall and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The salesman were not pushy at all and helped me choose a vehicle that suited my needs regardless of price. This is a very honest dealership that truly cares about their customers. I'm very happy with my new vehicle purchase and highly recommend this dealership.

I am very happy with the Customer Service specially the employee I worked with. He was very professional and friendly. I never felt that I am in the dealership. I would like to refer this dealership to my other friends and I hope they will receive the same type of service as well. Lisa the manager was very straight forward and no hassel negotiation. I will do business with this dealership again.

This may sound weird...but the dealer knew that I was...

This may sound weird...but the dealer knew that I was looking to purchase/lease 2 new cars. I told them that I was looking at 2 other brands and that my wife was serious about the other brand. After the test drive and some small talk he knew I loved the RAV4 but my wife wanted to be sure that she wanted the car. He told us to go down to the other dealer and make sure that she was satisfied with the potential purchase of the RAV4. After looking at the Escape...we purchased1 RAV4 and leased another. The low profile/professional dealings with David were outstanding. I will and already have referred him to people. See you in 3 when the lease is up!

On 4/09/2010 I went into this dealership to purchase a...

On 4/09/2010 I went into this dealership to purchase a 2010 Camry. Everything went ok, and the next day I finalize the purchase of this vehicle. The next Friday I get a call from John Chae the salesman at DCH Brunswick saying I have to come in and redo my contract. I was shock and he told me to call the finance department. I spoke to Barry in the finance department he told me that my contract was wrong from a computer error. I’m like wow a big dealership like DCH Brunswick, can’t get a retail installment contract correct the first time around. Now I have to take time out of busy schedule to come up there to redo a contract that was already done. What kind of dealership is this?

We apologize for any inconvenice we may have caused, and you are correct that we should get it right the first time. We had just recently switched to a new software system just weeks before you purchased your vehicle and it was a bit of a learning curb. Alvin was amazing. He was frank, honest and to-the-point. We really appreciated his hard work to get us an amazing deal on our 2007 Toyota Corolla S. This was a new dealership for us and a new manufacturer (we were previous Honda owners). This is def the place to go for anyone wanting a great deal on a new or used vehicle!

Just bought a new highlander. Good price and smooth...

Just bought a new highlander. Good price and smooth process. No tricks and pressure. I already negotiated price through email and they honor the price exactly as quoted. I drove off with my new car the same day. Highly recommended. Daval,Jason and Tung are all very helpful and nice.

overalll experience great. I was NOT impressed with Dayton toyota or Freehold toyota. However Brunswick toyota valued my businesss and needs. I left with a new car and satisfied with the results.
