when we visited your place we were greeted friendly....
when we visited your place we were greeted friendly. there was wait but it was due to cash for clunker rush. sales person was friendly...also your location is very convenient to us. there was long wait for loan approval finally we have to come next day to sign papers. but it was nice of you people to give me delivery of the vehicle. we were supposed to get e-mail for our first free service which we have not recd it as of today also sales person promised us that i will get 2-3 free oil change coupons by mail which was not recd as of today.

Best combination to deal with. email and telephone conversation w/ Dhavel was as pleasant as it could be. price was already set before visit to dealer. Once in the dealership I spoke w/ Ronnie and Luis and then test drove the vehicle. (2010 camry). rides like a dream. did the paperwork and i had my new camry. i would recommend these people in a heartbeat to anyone.

After an Alumni event, Leon Lee immediately gave me a followed up in the 2nd day, also let Jason Cohen to find and hold an exact model/trim we were looking for: ’10 Sienna LE AWD silver color. This latest addition will be our family’s 8th vehicle purchased from Toyota (1 Tercel, 2 Corolla, 3 Camry, and 1 Lexus) for us and our parents during the last 20 years. We are loyal customer. Since we used Morristown Toyota as regular service for its approximate, we also bought a Camry from Crystal Automall, we decided to give them a fair look as well. In the end, we were convinced that we would have the best experience in DCH North Brunswick. Here’re the reasons 1. Diversified and hard working team; late into Saturday night (even they supposed to close @7 PM on Saturday), people are still working in cubic, on the contrary to the other dealers we visited.) 2. Friendly and ultra competitive price; which I enjoyed to deal with, we think any transaction should be a win-win experience. We also trade in one of our Camry. We have sale to private party, and also donated to Children Cancer Society. This is the 1st time we did "trade-in", and no hassel. 3. Care for the details.

DCH Brunswick Toyota has raised the bar for car dealerships everywhere! I have purchased many cars over the years and never have I experienced the level of professionalism, courtesy, honesty and integrity as I did from every single staff member at this dealership. Previous to this experience, buying a car was an ordeal which I dreaded! I did my research and I knew that I was getting the best deal without the aggravation, haggling, and all the other nonsense that typically goes along with buying a new car. I was able to test drive both the Camry and Corolla and was highly impressed with the staff's knowledge of their product and their input on helping me choose the car that best suited my needs. The delivery process was quick and seamless as well and even the finance man did not try to pressure me into buying all those ridiculous add-ons! Overall very good service, no hard push which is surprising and refreshing from most of other dealers. Also offered a portable GPS which was a plus as well. Also had visitied the Toyota dealership in Morristown and had the worst sales experience - intersting to see two contrasting dealerships within half hour of our house.

I recently purchased a Camry XLE at DCH Brunswick Toyota....
I recently purchased a Camry XLE at DCH Brunswick Toyota. As soon as I entered the dealership, I was greeted by Basith Abdul. After describing the car I was interested in, he offered to have me test drive it and visit the awesome service center, where he introduced me to the service manager, who was also very friendly and welcoming. I explained to Basith that I was also looking at other cars and wasn't ready to make a decision to buy just yet. He was very pleasant and accomodating and did not use any high pressure sales tactics to change my mind, which I sincerely appreciated. The following day I test drove the car again and decided to purchase it. Besides Basith, I also spoke to Luis Mejia concerning the price. I went home to review and compare the offer to quotes I received on the internet. I returned to the dealership later that day to buy the car and feel confident that I got the best deal. I feel that both Basith and Luis were straightforward and honest. It was a pleasure to work with them. I have since received a thank you note from Basith and am very happy to be part of the "DCH Brunswick Toyota family". I am thrilled with my new car and enjoy driving it tremendously.
