Very professional in how they handled everything in the lease of the new vehicle and turn-in of my prior leased vehicle from fulfilling every committment they made to mounting the EZ pass from my old vehcile onto my new vehicle. Never felt high pressured. They were the most professional dealership I have used in my 40+ years of buying/leasing new cars.

I owned a 1993 lexus ls 400,was in the process of purchasing a 2012 honda pilot. Decided to take another look at lexus before i close the deal. I walked into the showroom of lexus of manhattan and sales consultant Leonardo introduced himself and the rest is history. After a brief conversation leonardo suggested we take a walk and there i was inspecting a gx 470. The next four days that followed was the best of my car buying experience. He was excellent , came across very honest,knowledgeable and very attentive to our needs/concern.Delivered on what was promised. Will definitely recommend leonardo/ lexus of manhattan to friends and family. Thanks Lennox

I have just taken possession of a 2011 RX350 and feel I must comment on my deallings   with the staff of Manhattan Lexus. Being from far away Canada I must confess I was   somewhat apprehensive on the outcome of this experience.   My first contact was MARLIES JOHNSON (MJ) who quickly put me at ease with   caring attention and valuable information on the vehicle I had spotted on the internet.MJ   was most thorough  and always easily accessable to all my concerns and needs.   My next contact was LEONARDO LINARES who continued with the high standart of   service providing me with the confidence  and trust to procceed with the purchase of the   vehicle site unseen. Leonardo meticulously prepared all the documentation and   planning required to import the RX350 into Canada. (This paid huge dividends at the   border). When I finally picked up the RX350, Leonardo patiently spared no effort to   insure I was fully informed on all the funtions of the RX350 and to ensure I had a safe   trip home procceeded to enter my home address on the navigation system and   connected my cell phone to the car,s blue tooth phone system.   Lexus of Manhattan must be proud to have in their employ such proffessional and   caring staff who miss no minute detail.   My wife and I , now back in Canada sum up this experience as very positive.   Sincerely;   Joe Simoes

I have been buying car for the past 20 years and I have never experience such professionalism from a sales person like I did from Natily. She LISTEN to my needs and wants and gave me options not what she wanted to sell. I came in just to look, but 3 hours later I was a owner of my 6th Lexus. I just want to say Thanks again Natily if you ever get bored of selling Lexus you can work for me. Finally, the dealership was very clean and the other staff I met were very friendly also Thanks Again Tony

This was my first Lexus and dealing with Lexus of...

This was my first Lexus and dealing with Lexus of Manhattan was a pleasure. My dealings with Gary Foster, the salesman, were straightforward, honest, and he always went the "extra mile" to make sure I understood everything about both the deal and my new Lexus. Very reasonable negotiations and final price. Hope the service department is a good as the sales department.

We needed to repair our nine year old Lexus GX 470 (which...

We needed to repair our nine year old Lexus GX 470 (which we loved) but decided to get a new car rather than invest more $ into a nine year old vehicle. Aldo was incredibly patient and knowledgeable regarding all of the Lexus vehicles. For a variety of reasons having nothing to do with the quality of the Lexus vehicles, size dictates resulted in us selecting a low mileage non Lexus used vehicle that the dealership had just received on a trade-in. Aldo was just as helpful, and knowledgeable, regarding that car. You could say my wife and I were the "customers from hell" in that we did three different test drives, at three different times, including two evenings in one week where Aldo stayed past his usual departure time to accomodate my work schedule. Despite the "OT" nature of our demands, and the fact that we were also dealing with other dealers for other manufactures, Aldo remained as pleasent, helpful and patient with us as when we first walked in the door. Low key, helpful and honest. Very Professional. When we came to close the sale, Roy spent as much time as we needed explaining how everything in the new vehicle worked, which wasn't easy since it has a very complicated technology/navigation system. He knew this car (even though it wasn't a Lexus) inside/out and was just as professional, patient and knowledgable as Aldo. His offer to go through everything with us again at a future point in time after we have some experience with the car to answer any questions that we might have was completely genuine and we would not hesitate to take him up on it if needed. Roy also relocated everything from our old car to our new car. The insurance and registration paperwork, all done by the dealership, was seamless. Dealership gets all FIVES based upon the service provided by Aldo and Roy.

This is the second car that I purchased from this dealership. I live in the Allentown, PA area and drive over 100 miles to shop at Lexus of Manhatten. They were more than accomodating to my needs and have a great selection. JP Mack was great! I highly encourage anyone who is shopping for a Lexus to check out this dealership and call on JP.

JP Mack was extremely helpful. Not only was he caring and...

JP Mack was extremely helpful. Not only was he caring and friendly, but he went out of his way to make sure that I got what I wanted. They did not have the color combination that I wanted for my 2011 IS 250, so JP got on a train the next day to Albany and picked up the car from a dealership that was four hours away and drove it back to New York City that night so I could pick up the vehicle the next day before my lease expired. I don't know any other dealership that would have done that for me. I would recommend that everyone purchases a vehicle from JP Mack. Thanks again JP! ~Susie Park
