Outstanding Service and Professionalism I found it necessary to locate the Managing Director as I had to take the time to praise the professionalism, and customer service I experienced recently from both Randy Pushkin & Gary Foster. As General Manager of a new electronic company located in New York, I preach customer service, where in this day and age it has become a point of differentiation. Randy and Gary, whom I do not know, were outstanding with regard to customer support as I sought the new 2012, Lexus RX350. From the onset Gary was extremely knowledgeable being well versed on the capabilities, functionality & alike. When working with Randy, you would be hard pressed to find anyone in the US with their level of expertise, yet they also projected a friendly & professional demeanor. I am uniquely qualified to make such comments as I also depend on good customer service for the success of my company. Through the years, yet to date, I have never been totally pleased with any of the US dealership’s levels of service. This Lexus Dealer certainly raised the bar from what I have come to expect as the “norm”. A genuinely pleasant experience overall. Outstanding team! P.S. I recommended Lexus of Manhattan to one of my customer who has never owned a Lexus vehicle before, but soon after he drove my new car, he will only consider buying Lexus! What amassing cars! Everything was done with excellence from the selection of the vehicle to the price and also the option to lease the vehicle which I thought would be to costly.

THIS WAS MY FIRST EXPERIENCE WITH LEXUS OF MANHATTAN, AND I WAS VERY IMPRESSED. JAMES IS A FIRST CLASS SALESMAN, AND LEXUS OF MANHATTAN IS A FIRST CLASS DEALERSHIP.THE ENTIRE PROCESS OF SELECTING AND LEASING A NEW 2012 ES 350 WAS VERY EFFICIENT AND ENJOYABLE. JAMES RAHIM WAS UPFRONT AND TO THE POINT. I DID NOT HAVE TO PLAY CAT AND MOUSE WITH HIM TO GET TO THE ANSWERS I WAS LOOKING FOR. AND, THERE WAS NO GOOD GUY/BAD GUY ROUTINE OF BOUNCING ME AROUND BETWEEN JAMES RAHIM AND A "MANAGER" NO JAMES AND FINANCE DEPARTMENT , ETC. FURTHER , I WAS SIMULTANEOUSLY RETURNING MY LEASED 2008 ES350, WHICH I HAD NOT LEASED FROM LEXUS OF MANHATTAN, AND THE LEASE RETURN DEPARTMENT WAS EQUALLY UPFRONT AND EFFICIENT WHAT A GREAT EXPERIENCE AND LOVELY PEOPLE SPECIALY JAMES RAHIM. I RECOMMEND THAT PLACE TO ANYONE LOOKING TO HAVE FUN AND PLEASURE GETTING A NEW CAR.
