Dustin in the service dept is AWESOME!!!

Washer Pump Failure

My windshield washer pump failed and had it replaced. Gary was excellent with handling the process.

car buying

I contacted the dealership via internet, sales manager Jonathan Conley from your Avondale location, called me and set up an appointment to meet with me, although they didn't have the car I was looking for in my price range, he found me a 2007 Avalon which I am very happy with. Jonathan was pleasant to deal with, he has a great sense of humor and wasn't pushy at all. Jonathan made car buying easy this time around for me and I would definitely recommend my friends and family to visit your dealership.

Willy's Wrangler

I knew what I wanted and they had it. Negotiated the price( not really), USAA/True Care member over the phone and by email. What I appreciated the most was that they did try to sell me a bunch of dealer add on's. Did not even try to push an extended warranty on me. Check out process was efficient. David Palmer was my salesman and did an excellent job.

Great experience!!

Had a great experience here. Our salesperson Jonathan Conley took good care of us and was able to put together a great deal for us. We are excited for our new Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk.

service department

Went to a another auto shop for other services and when I brought my car to Larry miller and explained to them what I was told Mike took extremely good care of my car and called me while they had the car and told me what they would do to fix the on going problem. Very understanding man. I do not know anything about cars but I do know my car. They found another major problem called me and took care of it. I will not go any where else now for anything on my car. I have brought my car here even before Larry miller had it and the people make it so I will come back. I always feel good when I leave.

New to the Jeep family

I test drove my first Jeep ever, and loved the way it drove. John Dahle helped me find the grand cherokee with all the features I was looking for and with in the price I was looking for. When I picked up my Laredo, John answered all my last minute questions. He sent me all the info I need regarding the car specs before I even had to ask. He even helped expedite the install of my tow package. I have to say, I was very worried when I first started my car shopping experience. Thanks to John and Larry H Miller- Avondale, I feel I've made the right purchase for my family. Thank you for turning a nerve wrecking decision into such a positive experience! BTW- I'm loving my Jeep, Laredo! Saving tons on gas already and the kids love mom's new car!
