I consider myself a hard sale, I know what I want, color, features, price, and interest rate, and will not deviate. Mr. Aguilar, within his realm, helped me to accomplish my goal in every way possible. As a result, I now own a new Jeep. I have nothing but great admiration for Mr. Aguilar and LHM Jeep for their professionalism toward the customer. I am a repeat customer and will not hesitate to become a repeat customer again.

Buying the vehicle was great.
Buying the vehicle was great. I liked the salesman and it wasn't too difficult getting the purchase done. The vehicle did break down on the way home even though it was new but the dealership made it right. The problem I have is that they advertised the tax rebate for the plug in hybrid IN ADDITION to the sales credit. I have that in writing on the window sticker. Turns out they didn't file the clean vehicle sales report to the IRS which is required for me to claim that credit. Now they claim that was part of the sales credit and I wasn't entitled to it. I feel like I got scammed.

Alfred did an incredible job getting me in and out.
Alfred did an incredible job getting me in and out. He was super helpful over the phone to make sure I wasn’t wasting my time. He broke down numbers for me and gave me a good deal. Appreciated the service after dealing with a ton of ridiculous dealerships around the valley.

The WORST experience by far!
The WORST experience by far!! My fiancé purchased a 2020 Jeep Wrangler for us to enjoy, however had we known we’d be dealing with dishonesty and deceit. The people we dealt with were: sales rep Jurmaine and a finance guy who loves his 2 bulldogs so much so they are all over his office. What happened: put money down, purchased and financed, drove off, battery light comes on. We had the jeep barely 24 hours when while driving jeep cautionary lights came on warning to pull over because jeep was not getting a charge. Communicated with sales rep Jurmaine and bring jeep right in. 1 month later after being told several times, attempting to return jeep same status not fixed, and specifically stating it would be done early THIS week… needless to say we still don’t have our jeep! In the meantime we are PAYING for it!!!! Give us what we paid for or UNDO the deal!!! Every time someone reads this review, you are losing money!

Service advisor was rude and unprofessional, his name
Service advisor was rude and unprofessional, his name was Micheal. Mechanic took my car home without permission from myself, he then drove 80 plus miles in my car in order to “service” it. Not to mention speeding 88MPH in my car. They wasted half a tank of gas and did not refill after driving. My car had spots from some fluid residue as well. I am looking into legal counsel to regard this matter. Please low jack your car if you take it here, they have no regard for customer care or policies.

I was quoted $115 dollars online for a new key fob, then was told at the time of payment that it would be $330. When I asked, I was told that $115 would be for the labor, while the key itself would be $215. I was very disappointed that the person on the phone did not tell me the whole truth. You would think you would mention that the cost didn’t include the part. The same guy who gave me the quote ordered the part for me.

Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for any confusion regarding the pricing of the key fob. Our goal is to provide clear and accurate information, and it seems there was a miscommunication regarding the labor and part costs. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and will work with our team to ensure all details are clearly explained moving forward. If you’d like to discuss this further, please feel free to reach out directly 623-478-3710. Thank you for your understanding. David Anderson General Manager
