It was really bad customer service they never give me any

Have to say I was very disappointed that my advisor did

Have to say I was very disappointed that my advisor did not keep in touch with me on updates of my truck. not even a single courtesy call. i would call , leave messages, even emailed. No response until five days to tell me they were back ordered on the part and that my vehicle would have to be left for a few more days. I said the fact that you took this long to let me know, i went and picked up my truck and took it to Bill luke dodge on camelback. there is no way to reach these guys ( Larry Miller), they do not answer or follow up. terrible service.

I had a service appointment at 7am.

I had a service appointment at 7am. Fred promised it would be done in 4 hours. The dealership is charging me 3x what Discount Tires offered to replace my tire pressure sensors for ($300 vs $100). It's going on 7 hours and I don't believe they've started. I was left on hold for half an hour before I hung up.
