The most Jeeps anywhere!
We had a very good buying experience at this place, which is more than I can say about any other car purchase I have ever made. We told them going in we didn't want to be there all day...and we weren't! Once we picked out our Jeep (and they had the largest selection I have ever seen!) We were done in about 40 minutes! That is record time! Worked,with David...he was such a great guy! He helped us find the one we wanted! We will definitely recommend him to our friends!

Bad service
Paid $225.00 to get a rear end leak fixed and after two trips still leaking. They said it was leaking because it was overfilled which they did. After contacting them for third time. I decided to buy parts online and do it myself

Purchased new Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo
Very positive experience purchasing our new Cherokee Laredo. Our sales person, Myron, was excellent. He was responsive, did what he said he would do, without any pressure. Highly recommend this dealership. Met the Owner, and was very impressed.

Confusing service experience
Recall service on 11/9/2016. Upon leaving I immediately noticed my rear view mirror was different...it now had lights and would not dim. I called and was told "no, nothing was done with the mirror, that it was always that way,". I had been driving the car over 2 years and knew it wasn't the mirror that was on the car. (I had the window sticker in the glove compartment). It became dangerous at night when I could not dim headlights from my view and ended up turning the mirror completely away so as not to be blinded by high-beams. I called the service department again around the first part of December and this time the repair ticket was pulled and read to me. Wouldn't you know it, the mirror had been replaced as a result of the recall but was not compatible with my car so the electronic module didn't recognize it...it would not dim). (Glad to know I wasn't losing my mind or had an accident dealing with this problem). Went in again per appointment but was sent away as there was no record of it and the person who could fix it didn't come to work. Left very upset. When I got home, service had called for me to come back as the technician had arrived. Got back at 10AM,, cold all day, didn't get it fixed until around 4PM. To Chad's credit, he did buy me lunch. Quite an experience!

I worked with Chris Green and he was awesome to work with! He was extremely helpful and patient. Unlike most sale representatives, he genuinely cared if the car was a great fit for me.

Was charged for repair that didn't fix problem took broke radio in they installed updates did not fix problem will not be coming back landers southhaven is far superior
