I can't say enough about the professionalism and ease that we were able to purchase our vehicle. Big Al was the first person we saw a week ago when I saw a vehicle I loved. He was present without being "pushy". We told him we just started looking and we went back and had a few issues we needed to work out. Big Al was amazing; as was Jason, the manager, who made it happen to our satisfaction. We then saw Megan who explained the protection packages and also was extremely helpful and pleasant to work with. Big Al was with us through the whole process and couldn't have been more helpful. Yana Simon was such a pleasure to deal with. First of all I would like to say how fast our experience buying a car was, that’s impressive. I have never in all these years had such smooth and seamless experience. Yana went above & beyond to get us exactly what we were looking for. There was no back and forth and she is so knowledgeable that she put us into the right vehicle in less than 30 minutes, even though we came to the dealership looking at a different vehicle, she took into consideration everything we needed and made the sale happen. Excellent customer service. Big Al was my sales rep. He went above and beyond to answer every question I had and also respected my time. Not a pushy guy, just kept his focus on listening. For me that equates with a good experience. For my next car, I'm definitely going to check in w him first as I'm a stickler for good customer service and once I get it, I tend to be loyal. That's my two cents as far as this organization is concerned.
