Let me start off by saying this.... GO TO THIS DEALER!! I'm as picky as they come, I personally hate going to dealers, but JACOBS MITSUBISHI made me feel comfortable with the buying process. Juan Gonzalez started it with an easy going phone talk, then as I got in, Jeremy Pohl assisted with the process in getting what I wanted, and Troy White made it even better sitting down at the Financing Dept with an astonishing 9 minute process..... 9 MINUTES!! Who does that?! I'll tell you who.... JACOBS MITSUBISHI!! I'm giving it 5 stars starting with Juan, Jeremy, and Troy.

This dealership puts all other dealers I’ve worked with to shame. They flat out understand how to conduct good business. I also want to point out the team I worked with was absolutely outstanding and I highly recommend working with Pavel, Troy, and Elizabeth. Here’s why I gave Jacobs Mitsubishi 5 stars. I was treated as a serious buyer from the very moment I spoke with their staff on the phone. Jacobs Mitsubishi was over a 150 miles away from where I’m located. I informed Jacobs Mitsubishi that I needed to work out the details of the potential purchase over the phone before committing to the long drive there. Jacobs Mitsubishi listened and began working hard for my business instead of giving the typical BS statement of “It’s really best if you come down in person”. Everything was handled in a timely fashion and there were not any hidden surprises/fees in the process. The documentation portion of the deal only took 10 minutes. They work hard for your business, are completely transparent, and will not waste your time.

Pavel is the man! I had recently tried to purchase a car from out of state and it was an absolute nightmare. After fighting with that dealer I was skeptical to shop anywhere, but my home state. Well, I'm glad I took another chance because Jacob's Mitsubishi has had excellent communication and made everything effortless via emailing all documents to you vs waiting on physical mail. 10/10 Will do business again when I need to upgrade
