I have never had a better experience than with John Harpole. From initial interest, to walking the lot, to financing the vehicle, and the end purchase it was PERFECT. They worked with my difficult credit situation, found a vehicle perfect for me and were able to finance me at what they said they would. NO hassle, The did exactly what they said they would do. I would recommend them to anyone and their selection available is the highest quality. Ask for John...dude is awesome!

Surprisingy enjoyable
Being that this is a smaller dealership, I expected much less than I got. The buying process was simple and quick. There's very little haggling since the prices are more reasonable than you would find at a bigger dealership. I've never been in and out so quickly when buying a car before. The financing manager is a little rough, but very effective in getting the deals and interest rates I needed to make this deal attractive. Dustin was our salesperson, and we were very pleased with our service. He was relatable and easy to talk to. I would recommend this dealer strongly to anyone who has any experience buying cars. They know what they're doing.

2010 Jeep
Scot was really great to work with at Auto Source! I live about 200 miles away from the dealership and he helped me with financing and all my questions prior to driving down to look at the Jeep. Very friendly and helpful with all aspects of the sale! Great experience - no pressure!

No Follow-up!
Well, Our overall buying experience was ok, except they didn't want to negotiate. Dustin said he would be calling in a couple of weeks to see how the vehicle was doing. He promised us we would get another key fob from the previous owner. I said we should put that on the "we owe" form and he said that would not be necessary. Well, neither one of these occured. He never called to check on us. I called numerous times, but did not get a resolution. The first time, he said there were computer issues. What! What about all the paperwork we signed? Finally, after no help, I asked to speak to the owner. She was not much help either. She offered to get a key at her cost. WTH? The least, they could have done was get us a blasted key! The day we purchased the vehicle, the owner came out and said, "if there is anything I can do for you, just let me know." Ha! Once they got their money, we were old news. They even said that if the engine dies once we drive off the lot, it is on us. I will not purchase from them again.

Dear Ms. Brown: Thank you for your above review on our dealership. As explained to you prior to ever purchasing the vehicle our store is a One-Price/No-Haggle store. This is to provide the best price to our customers from the beginning. I am a little confused on your complaint regarding the key situation when we spoke over 5 times about the key(I personally spoke to you twice). We quoted out over 3 different locations, 3 different options and spent over 3 hours trying to get you the best possible deal. Unfortunately, you and your son decided not to go ahead with purchasing the key because if you remember right it is required that the key must be programmed by the dealer and you did not want to do this. I was disappointed to read this review and you allege we did nothing to assist you or care about you as a customer. Our customers are tracked through a state of the art CRM tool and I am able to track all phone calls, emails, notes, any anything pertaining to our customers. Excellent Dealership!
My experience buying my new Jeep was great...Dustin assured me the Jeep was in great shape and I took him for his word and drove the couple of hours and was not disappointed. The purchasing process was quick and painless. Absolutely the best experience I've had purchasing a vehicle.

Perfect Buying Experience
I purchased a 2010 bmx x5 and it was an amazing experience. Scott, our salesperson was outstanding. He answered every phone call, was always available, and went above and beyond our expectations. We purchased our vehicle from another state and he couldn't of made the process much easier. Scott greeted our inspection guy, got all of our financing paperwork together, and was there when our shipping company picked up the vehicle. As we are not fans of the typical dealer(vultures) experience---we will definitely look to Scott again for our next vehicle purchase. Thank you for the excellent customer service!!!
