Buyer Beware!

Don't believe anything Rob, Dustin or Darrell tell you about the 2005 Toyota Tacoma truck it is not a 9,9.5 or a 10! There is a reason there is no picture of the engine compartment and that's because its hard to hide the rusted bolts, fender tabs and corroded valve covers! Rob the owner personally looked at the truck and assured me it was in great shape and was only worried about the dry rotted tires... LOL The frame has been repainted to hide the rust, so the pictures Dustin emailed me looked good compared to our 2008 4Runnner with 44k original miles. I couldn't find anywhere on the frame that was not rusted, I could pull a hand full of rust off the backside of the frame with my finger tips! The outside of the frame looks good until you start picking fresh black paint off to reveal rusted frame underneath. Google Tacoma Rust Problem to find out more about this serious problem. We flew from Texas on Rob's word that he only kept high quality cars, any vehicle that was in bad shape or had been smoked in would be wholesaled out! We spent over a $1000.00 traveling to Orlando Florida to learn this so don't make the same mistake.

With the current vehicle you are describing, this vehicle is over 10 years old and will have some wear and tear on it. We agree to disagree with your rust analysis on this vehicle. My staff worked very hard to assist you in this transaction ? we took multiple additional photos of the undercarriage of the vehicle for you (prior to you ever flying down or booking an airline ticket) , advised you to hire a 3rd party inspector to inspect the vehicle (which you declined), we picked you and your wife up at the airport, refunded your $1,000 non-refundable deposit and drove you to a rental car company so that you could get to Destin, Florida and enjoy your family vacation. I?m sorry that we couldn?t reduce the car another $1500.00 per your request. Our dealership appreciates our customers and we strive to treat our customers as family. I?m sorry that this wasn?t the case for you ? you can read our reviews and we are close to making 95% of our customers happy. Unfortunately, you fall in the 5%. 2010 Escalade Purchase

2006 Viper purchase

While traveling to Florida to purchase a Viper I saw an online ad for a Viper at Auto Source in Orlando. We stopped to just look at it and met Robert Ferdinand and he walked me out to the car. In showing the car I found that he was very knowledgeable about Vipers both old and new. There was no pressure to sell his car but gave a thorough review of it. He stated that new tires had come in and could be installed the next day. I purchased the car and it was completed and detailed as I came to pick it up. All personnel at the dealership from the detail individual to the general manager were courteous and made you feel comfortable with the purchase. Unfortunately there was no dickering on the price as expected in buying a car but I felt the price was fair and the car was worth it. A straight through drive of over 800 miles home proved very enjoyable and ended a successful purchase from this dealer. I recommend them on a vehicle purchase. Ron Cowan

Found My Dream Car

I am a person that spends considerable time researching everything before I make a purchase. Even if I found a car I wanted, the reputations of the dealership would keep me away. To find a good product that is delivered to you professionally, instills a confidence that helps ease the nerves of car buying. I look for a knowledgeable staff that stands behind their product. I found everything I wanted at Auto Source. John and Scott were very helpful and made sure there were no surprises in the process, and I was able to get an incredible car. Its nice to know where to go the next time I am ready to get another car.

I would tell anyone about AutoSource the cars looks great...

I have had a great experience at AutoSource Orlando, my sale man John Harpole was alsome. The car I brought was just what I been looking for, when I saw the car I new this was it, and I did not need to go to any more car lots. All the other sale mans were very nice and very helpful. I have been looking at different cars for the two weeks, but when I was told about AutoSource for my car I make a deal the next day and paid cash and pit up my car that weekend, and drove off the lot. Thank you AutoSource

John Harpole is excellent!!!

This place is awesome. Tried to buy a car at Mullinax Ford in Apopka and encountered a rude salesperson and a ruder sales manager. Went to The Auto Source the next morning and had a very pleasant experience with John and the staff and drove off in our new car. Smooth and easy. Go see John and skip the no haggle dealers!
