Great experience
Having to drive almost 4 hours to check-out a used car,I'll admit I was a bit apprehensive on what I might encounter. However, from 1st contact to completed sale this has to be one of the most enjoyable experiences in my 40+ years of automobile purchasing. NEVER AGAIN!!
Turned up as a cash buyer, the sales man took us to the car, but would not shut up and lets us look at the car, no opportunity to focus on the car. Maybe a ploy? We had some serious questions about whether the car came from an auction and was there a carfax report we could look at, he came back with a auto check report, handed it to my wife and then within 30 seconds snatched it back. He tried to explain the history of the car as if we didn't understand how the "system works" between dealers. The auto check report showed it was from an auction and when questioned he became indignant, saying maybe it did, maybe it didn't. He was so annoying we didn't even take the car for a test drive. I received a call later in the evening to see if we were interested in the car, offering some extra's in the "deal" when i tried to explain that he had given us a bad feeling about the place he started to go off on me saying that i didn't understand the car buying process and calling me a real piece of work. I would never recommend this place to anyone for a good car buying experience, unless you like being verbally abused and lied to.
