this was a very pleasant purchased and the staff was outstanding. I drove by the lot for about one week and the vehicle actually drew me into the store. The saleman and the owner treated me as if I had been a customer for many years. This is my first visit and I do plan future visits. And yes, I will highly recommend the store to my many friends.

I had been car shopping for several weeks with no leads. A friend of mine told me about this dealership in Orlando with cars from mild to exotic - was very skeptical about the "as-is dealership". I was pleasently suprised with the promptness and professionalism from the sales person Kiva...he talked me through the process on the phone, then assured me the deal could be worked out even though I had less than perfect credit. I put down a deposit Saturday afternoon and within hours we not only had a lower payment, but also secured a loan with a very strong banking institution to help rebuild my credit. I showed up Monday afternoon still thinking something still could go wrong with last minute "complications" , but was proven wrong - everything went very smooth and no pressure to buy if I had any reservations about backing out. In and out of the dealership lessthan 2 hours with my dream car. Thank you Daryll for finding my loan and big thaks to Kiva for working with me throughout the whole process. I work as a firefighter in Jacksonville and would not hesitate to let my JFRD and JSO co workers know about this awesome dealership. I can honerstly say that from the time I called Kiva Santiago till the close of sale I could not be any happier. One phone call to Kiva on Saturday and Monday I am picking up my DREAM car (Infinity G35 MT6) I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER. They will go out of their way for the sale even order a part for my car and ship it to Jacksonville on their dime - AWESOME. They worked with me even though my credit was less than perfect. Overall the buying experience was pleasant.The sales staff was very informative. I am old school and felt more comfortable when a dealer would offer a 30 day warranty on the purchase of any vehicle. I was told no dealer offers their own 30 day warranty anymore. When you purchase the used vehicle the deal is final. They were upfront in explaining this before I made the purchase. I am writing this evaluation at the delership before I drive the vehicle off the lot. After driving the vehicle and checking it out, I don't anticipate any major mechanical issues.

All was done by phone and every thing went well. Over all it was agood experience and I would return
