I have to admit I was particularly happy about the lack of pressure on the sale. I came in with a plan of what I wanted to spend, and they allowed that to happen. They didn't pressure me into anything or push the sale on me. Also, what I looked at online is what I saw when I got to the dealrship. No tricks.

Out of all of our vehicle purchases over the past six years, this experience has been the most pleasant. Kiva wasn't pushy, didn't make me feel pressurized into buying and was extremely transparent. My credit score isn't the most perfect due to recently going through a loan modification on my mortgage, however, Darrell, the General Manager, managed to get me a fabulous deal with a main bank and at a really great interest rate. Would definitely recommend!!
