Recommend you AVOID this dealership

I was recently in the market for an Escalade ESV. I am local and have been taking my current ESV to Earnhardt Cadillac for service. I decided to get a quote from Earnhardt. Subby, the salesman was actually great to deal with. However, I was quoted $5,000 above MSRP. Subby explained this was a "market adjustment" because the ESVs were in high demand. I contacted other dealers in the Phoenix area who confirmed the demand but were not charging the $5,000 adjustment. I contacted Andy, the GSM to give him a chance to retain our business explaining that I was in a similar business and understood the value of retaining loyal customers, was local so I would continue to service the vehicle there, had a nice trade that his dealership would retain and would likely finance through the dealership. However, I was unwilling to pay a $5,000 adjustment. He could not have been more rude. He said he had the only ESV sport in town (not true) and he would get the $5,000 (probably true) and didn't care who he sold it to (my deduction). 1 week later and I am the proud owner of a 2021 Escalade ESV Sport (stock) purchased from Coulter Cadillac. We will be a loyal customer there and will not buy vehicles from any Earnhardt dealerships.

Do not buy a car from Earnhardt Cadillac. I was recently in the market for a new Escalade ESV. I am a local customer who has been loyal to this dealership. This would be my fourth ESV and I had a 2016 in good condition to trade. I initially only went to Earnhardt but was quoted $5000 above MSRP. I called other dealerships and found that while the ESVs were in low supply, they were out there and other dealers were not charging the "market adjustment". I called Andy Ochoa, the GSM to give him a chance to retain my business. I explained that I was in a similar business and understood the value of retaining a valued customer. He basically told me to get lost. He believed he had the only ESV in town and would sell it to whoever would give him the extra $5,000. That is certainly his right. However, Earnhardt lost a loyal customer. I will not buy a car from any of their dealerships. I took delivery of my 2021 Escalade ESV Sport (stock) 1 week later. Coulter Cadillac in Phoenix has a new loyal customer. See Andrew at their Phoenix location. He is great!

Justin I hope readers understand that the above is a canned answer. I have reached out directly to you if you are sincere. You have made no attempt to contact me. The bottom line is your dealership has made the decision to take this high demand and low supply time to maximize profits even if it means losing loyal local customers like me. That’s your decision so own it. I’m trying to tell people that if they want to be rewarded for being a local and loyal customer there are better dealerships out there. Coulter in Phoenix took a different tactic. That’s it. Don’t say you are disappointed that I wasn’t happy. You’re disappointed that I took the time to let others know what your dealership is doing through a review. That’s what these tools are for.

I highly recommend Earnhardt Chandler Cadillac. When I purchased my vehicle it was an easy no nonsense quote, no hours and running back and forth to the manager. Since my purchase the service team has surpassed my idea of car repair. They always have given me speedy service and more than fair prices on new tires, battery and oil changes. When my vehicle is returned it has been washed, windows cleaned and looks better than when they picked it up. Thank You Earnhardt, I am thrilled I purchased from you.

However, based on the service I have received from Earnhardt Cadillac, I wouldn't bring my bicycle to you guys. Your salesmen treated me like they were used car salesman, and I would never buy another car from Earnhardt Cadillac. I would not recommend anyone go to your dealership, because customer service is nonexistent. You sold me a car, and a part fell off the first day I owned it, and it would have cost you $125.00 to replace it, but you did not do that and treated me like crap as if I were making it up. The way Gus (the terrible salesmen who sold me the car, under extreme duress and pressure) talked to me, when I called to inquire about the piece falling off the car, made me feel like crap, he basically accused me of lying, that one really hurt my feelings. Customer service is the most important part of business, and you guys should have done the right thing. My wife bought a used car from Acura of Peoria, several of them, and any time something was wrong with it, they fixed it no questions asked. The level of customer service you offer pales in comparison. I don't want to hear about your used car policy, and you have to stand behind it. Do the right thing, and I can see from your reviews, that your customer service needs to visit the service shop for repairs. You guys didn't even call me to put in the Dfence alarm system, or the armor paint protection. The only reason it got done, was because I called 2 months later and called your service department, and no one called me back. So that just tells me you only care about the sale, and once the customer leaves, you lose interest and move on to your next victim. So sad. Earnhardt Cadillac has lost my faith in customer service,

I have spoken to several persons at your dealership already. The sales department (Gus) refused to authorize payment for the part that fell of the car you sold me. The sales manager even refused to budge. I was very polite about it, and I still feel like they had no concern at all for what I was saying, and again I was treated like I was lying and trying to pull a fast one, on Earnhardt Cadillac. The service department , was not as bad until I asked if they could take care of me and comp me for my troubles one time. I then got the same look and treatment, as if I were trying to pull a fast one. I did take the car in, to get the DFence installed and paint treated, I also walked your lot looking at other cars I would like to possibly purchase in the future. I was there for several hours, and no one cared to apporach me and chat with me to quell this. I am all about second Chances Earnhardt Cadillac. The ball is in your court now.

Good product, fair deal

Was recommended here by word of mouth and came looking for a low mileage 17 or 18 XT5. We were introduced to Bill Jurczak, who showed us what they had. There was only one we really liked and he was able to make us an attractive enough deal on it that we decided to buy it. Luke Salscheider was the finance manager who handled those arrangements and did so fairly and professionally. The transaction really only took a couple of hours start to finish and we felt that Bill and Luke both valued us as much as our business.

Beware. Watch out for added items added to price. They say it comes with vehicle. Look closely, they are sales people, but why not just be upfront. Why lie

I Keep Returning

This is the fourth vehicle I've purchased from this dealership. I keep returning because I know I'll always get the very best purchase package they can give. Andy and Lee were great! Very patient and fun to work with.
