Avoid buying a car from this dealership!
Avoid buying a car from this dealership! I bought a new Cadillac, and simultaneously purchased the extended warranty back in 2022. 2 years later, I traded the car in on a new vehicle from a different dealership and canceled the extended warranty, expecting a full refund since I had never used it, never filed a claim against it. I was refunded a prorated portion only, and told by this dealership that my extended warranty ran concurrently with the manufacturer warranty. A complete scam, a money grab by the dealership to not refund all my money. I have never heard of an extended warranty running from day 1 on a vehicle with 7 miles at the time of purchase, and never heard of not getting back 100% of the cost of the extended warranty when not used, and the car still being under the manufacturers warranty. When asked for documentation they produced a document with no dates, no information, nothing to back up their claim. Whatever you do buy elsewhere and avoid the shady practices of Earnhardt Cadillac!
