In mid Dec.
In mid Dec. 2023 my XT5 Cadillac gave me a notice about the engine light. Something with the engine was not functioning. I immediately went to Earhardt Chandler Cadillac and they said it was my thermostat. The bad of this was that they did not have the parts and that several cars needed the same, but they offered a rental car. I said no since I was not about to harm the engine due to the colder weather. So I drove it and the thermostat I think was working again since the message stopped showing up and my aircon seemed to work. Teed about GM not having parts for apparently a big problem area. I was still stressed and a month later I stopped in to get it fixed. Dealt with Paul Kirwan and he checked for part the parts and service availability. They had 1 thermostat. Yeah! A nice young man drove me home , Jan.17, 2024 with my car since I had groceries in it. I picked it up the next day and thanked Paul Kirwan for greatly relieving my stress.
