Not helpful.

Not helpful. Just told us the markup amount and to order off the website. Seemed like the entire staff were surfing on their phones. Did not give us contact information or thank us for coming in. We won't be back

Great customer service.

Great customer service. My appointment was at 11 am and I was talking with the service writer right on time. Car was taken back immediately and all requested repairs were accomplished in a reasonable time.
