rude and disrespectful don Davis employees

Horrible customer service in the service department nick garza was rude to my wife and you will no longer receive any future anything from me

Highly recommend this dealership.

Family Owned and very friendly dealership!

One of the best experiences purchasing a vehicle. The entire process was very smooth. Jessica the sales rep is a true professional and was always available to answer questions. The sales manager is a class act and very well composed and helped negotiate transactions very worry-free and hassle free. Very happy with the vehicle and transaction.

DO NOT TAKE A VEHICLE FOR REPAIR

I took my 2018 Sierra Denali in for a covered warranty repair. That took 4 weeks, lack of parts, I understand. When I picked up the truck the steering wheel was not centered when driving straight. I called and spoke with Alex the service writer. He said bring it back in. I also told him the back up camera isn't working now. He said they would look at it also. When I dropped the truck off I pointed out 3 deep gashes in the chrome grill, opened the hood and showed him more in the inside. It looks like a part was drug over the grill and surrounded. Its been 2 weeks now, all I get is they are reviewing the tape and get back to me. Mike the service manager told me the back up camera wasn't their fault I would have to pay out of pocket for that repair. DO NOT TAKE A VHICLE TO DON DAVIS GMC FOR REPAIRS.

Looking for my next purchase

I would like to say I spoke with one of your team members Alyssa Garcia , about my next purchase. She gave me prices and explained to me the process. She was very polite and had patience with me as well. I explained to her that after the new year I will be coming to her for my next purchase, I have a small truck and need an Suv that way my grand children can fit properly. I have no doubt that when I call Alyssa Garcia for my purchase, she will help me find exactly what I need.

They suck they had poor service forgot about me. In the end they did get everything together and this is after I still took my daughter car to get service there 4000.00 dollars later I will be looking for a new place to do business. Also someone named Angela no last name she was rude.
