Auto Palace has amazing service, I went to the dealership after a friend of mine told me how much he liked their service I went there and I saw a 2007 Chevy Tahoe that I was interested in but I was a few moments too late there was a guy there purchasing it so I then spoke with a salesman (Scott) who is a super nice gentlemen and I told him that I wanted a specific vehicle which was a 2007 Chevy Tahoe (loaded) and that there were no more on his lot he then introduced me to his manager (Art) another super nice gentleman I told him what I was looking for and he told me that he should have another one within a few days I expressed to them both that I would like one that has everything (loaded) on it and in immaculate shape & three days later I was surprising my wife with her new vehicle and boy was she happy (just like the old saying goes: a happy wife equals a happy life) THANK AUTO PALACE!!!

I have been to several dealerships looking for a specific car. Others didn't want to help me because at the time didn't have as much income as they would like. I don't have rent or mortgage and they still weren't interested in helping me. With auto palace I sent an email and Scott replied quickly having me full out a credit app. I really didn't think I could get approved let alone with $0 down. I love the personal customer service and though the paperwork process takes awhile, they didn't mind staying open later to make sure everything got done. Art was very helpful in finishing the paperwork and I will for sure recommend anyone I know to go there! Best dealership I have ever purchased a vehicle from!!!!

went in with my son to look at a car. as we walked inside i could hear one of the salesman berating someone on the ohone. very unprofessional. we left shortly thereafter and will not return.

I was interested in a 2006 Monte Carlo at the Auto Palace. After a few phone calls, emails, and sending credit info. I was read to drive 120 miles to look the car and buy it as long as it's condition was good. Before I left my office, I noticed what looked like a rust problem stemming from the right rear wheel well and bleeding out to the quarter panel, but the picture on cars.com was hard to see. I called and talk to Maria, to ask about what I was seeing on the image. She put me on hold to check and came back with the assurance there was no rust. So I made the trip. Before going in the sales office, I went to check the car. It had a bad rust problem and the quarter panel would have needed replaced, which seemed odd for a 2006 model car. I was upset that I had lost so much time, effort, and miles on my car. I just got back in the car and left. I did not appreciate being lied to.

I came in to purchase a vehicle after hearing from a friend that they are able to work with ANYBODY! The Sales Rep was very quick and professional in dealing with my application. He was able to get a lender for me in a matter of 1 hour and I had the keys in my hand another hour later! I have been driving the car for about 2 months now and have had no problems with anything. The title was delivered to me quickly and everything was sealed and approved with no problems. I would recommend to everyone! Great Service and Quality cars!
