My experience at Auto Palace was great! Pam Clay was amazing and super helpful. I would definitely recommend working with her for anyone who is looking for a used car! Overall, I am very happy with my first car buying experience!

Got off the phone with them and the person who answered was rude on the spot. I asked a question about a Toyota and was met with a cold, "everything we know is on the website" answer. Asked about the accident reported by trueCar that didn't show up on the website and was met with "we only tell people more information at the dealership". I find it incredibly dishonest, suspicious, and felt as if he just wanted to avoid talking on the phone. I won't bother even showing up to check it out if that's how they treat their customers.

I live in another state, far away from your dealership. I went through crazy xxxx to get all my paperwork/credit union loan worked out to rush to your state/dealership. For your future customers, please mention from the very beginning that if they want to purchase a car from you, the only option they have is to finance through you ONLY or else there will be no business transaction. My decision making would've been totally different if I was told that from the beginning. I had no interest in financing through you guys because I got an awesome deal through a credit union.

I bought a 2017 Chevy Cruze and I love my car! Josh was great, from the minute I inquired about the car! He worked with my budget and was able to get me a great interest rate!!
