A great group of people to deal with and Shane Rolling

A great group of people to deal with and Shane Rolling was a great help in the purchase of my car. He is a pleasure to deal with and consider him a friend. Everyone was friendly and one of the gentlemen from service even came out and helped me scrape my windshield. I love the car and would deal with them again anytime. Thanks to everyone. If not for Shane I would not have been able to get the new car that I wanted.

My car wasn't done when it was supposed to be and I got

My car wasn't done when it was supposed to be and I got no call. I was then given a loaner on empty and I put $20 in it and all I got was a thank you instead of $20 off my bill. End of story.

Very helpful and knowledgeable.

Very helpful and knowledgeable. I asked them to help me with the ideas I wanted in a car & happily drove out with one. Bought my last new car 12 years ago from Kemna I think the service & friendly atmosphere has changed for the better in all that time. Thanks to Tina Davis for making my experience a pleasure.
