I have had 2 experiences with Kemna in Fort dodge, the first being black Friday in 2013 with my girlfriend, I knew Joseph Holly already and she was looking for a new car long story short by the end of the day she drove off with a new Cruz, , now the funny part is that calob had yet to find financing yet for her but told her to just take the car and come back the following week, she told them that she would be driving about 150 miles a day for that week and they both told her just drive the car and let them worry about the rest, by the following weekend they had everything squared away and while she was doing the paperwork Kemna was detailing her car, they gave her the best deal and the best financing program of anybody we had talked too they have also treated her like an old friend when it's time for servicing and warranties. When it was time for me to upgrade 1 of my vehicles " I have 3 " I found a avalanche at the Jackson mn. Store on the Internet, I called Joseph Holly about it, he had the avalanche driven to Fort dodge in 2 days for me when I got to Kemna Joseph met me as always with a big handshake then told me that the vehicle had a few issues with it but was unsure what they were but said if I didn't buy it he would understand, , now after the test drive I crawled under the vehicle to discover that it needed new shocks desperately and the other issue was just a plug wire but Joseph put the avalanche on the rack for there mechanic to inspect for any other unknown issues before we even tried to trade, afterwards the service manager told me what they had found wrong other than the obvious and all it needed was an a alignment so with that I purchased the avalanche "as is " with the knowledge of what it needed, I did the shocks and the plugs and wires they did the alignment and on top of that they threw a finance and service agreement at me that I could not walk away from ,3 weeks from the purchase and I drive this avalanche everyday and am totally pleased

From our purchase to our repairs, Kemna was nothing less than top notch. Everyone is very kind and helpful. Their customer service is the best! We live 2 hours away and we definitely go back!

We stopped in one afternoon to "start looking" for a different vehicle for me. We knew Caleb and he asked me some questions and before too long, we were test driving a 2014 equinox with Shane. We decided to think about it and left. I then did some research on the internet and found the color (diamond white tricoat) that I really liked so contacted Shane again. We had an appointment on Saturday, but when I arrived Shane was busy with a customer, so Carey Kemna jumped in and helped me with a lot of questions I had regarding leasing. After all his help, I came home to discuss it with my husband. Shane did contact us again and said he could get the vehicle I was interested in from the Algona Kemna and that he would call me as soon as it was there. Shane did call and we made an appointment to take a look and drive it. We are now the proud owners of a 2014 diamond white Equinox and we love it. They were so much fun to work with and made us feel important. YES.... we would go there again!!!
