Great service!

The whole expire car was a delightful process. I got exactly what I wanted for a great price with great customer service.

Pleasantly surprising service

I'd had a piece of the luggage rack disappear in a car wash. There was some confusion with the service dept contacting me when it came in and they absorbed the cost of the part which was a pleasant surprise.

Good crew at Mike Wood Toyota!

I brought my '08 Tacoma in for the frame and spring recall and scheduled for the appointment. I was happy with the loaner car,but the replacement springs were not in so I had to return at a later date when the springs came in.

Great facility and staff and for a first time cust

Everyone is very friendly at this dealership and service was very quick. If it wasn't for the mechanic doing his job I wouldn't have known my water pump was leaking.

Mike Woods Toyota dealership

Zach, the original salesman I spoke with, was friendly and had a good deal of knowledge about the vehicles I was interested in. Zach, his manager, and the financial manager, all were friendly, easy to work with, and willing to help me make a purchase that fit my budget.

Great dealership with great service department

Appointment was to my preference-- work was completed in appropriate timeframe. Ordering new equipment was easy as well as the installation of all.

Satisfied

John Adams listened to us and got us what we wanted. I think the sales manager treated us fairly on our trade in. Financing was same as my credit union rates so very easy.

Great service-friendly staff.

Service Department does a great job of explaining what is being done and why it is being done. Chris even took my truck back and balanced the tires because of a wobble in the steering.(Tires had been rotated.
