Most professional service center I have visited.

I was stuck a short distance from the dealership when my radiator blew. I called the dealership and spoke with Art David and was told to bring my vehicle right in. When I arrived the service center was ready for me. Took me right in and had me on the road the next day. Would highly recommend service center to anyone.

Mr. Dale

Having retired from my own insurance business a few years back I prided myself in running a people business and to NEVER look at someone as a dollar bill... I found this to be paramount at Mike Wood Toyota... The great deal they gave me was only surpassed by the quality service... I never once felt like I was pressured to purchase the Toyota Tacoma... As a Vietnam Veteran I am very keen on every aspect of what I look for in everything I purchase and expect out of a company. Thanks to their whole staff.. Merry Christmas!!!

Top Notch Customer Service

From start to finish the entire experience was so smooth flowing. Everyone was a real pleasure to talk to, even the overnight cleaning staff. It really was refreshing to see so many people in 1 room with so many positive attitudes. Tremendous! I truly can't say enough about my entire experience , as I feel I'm not giving it the adequate amount of justice it deserves to describe it. Mike Wood Toyota has a great team, everyone works well together and have great chemistry. Jon was amazing. I couldn't have asked for a better salesman. Took his time, was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. Truly made our buying experience fun!

Great on auto repair, lacking on sales!

Wanted to trade in my low mileage, extremely well maintained vehicle for one two years newer, very disappointed. Was offered $4000 + lower than Kelly blue book trade in value, and they included $1000 down payment which I never suggested I was interested in, bringing the actual trade in deal to an even lesser value! What a disgrace, do they think people are idiots today, with access to the web, other dealerships etc.? Left there disgusted, no customer loyalty on their part! We've purchase several vehicles in the past, perhaps they spent too much on their new showrooms and their "5 million $ inventory "

Got all work done in a timely manner.

Got everything done in a timely manner. I do miss the car wash the old dealership had. When my car was serviced it got washed too.
