i bought a car from frank about a year ago and had issues with the engine i called frank upset and frustrated. When i told him what was going on he was on top of it right away he took care of it and always was there when i called, car works great now so when my son needed a engine for his ford ranger(did not buy it from frank) i gave him a call . Frank took away from his day just to help me he went over the engines to buy also helped me in the buying process gave me a mechanic to install it. i looked around before thinking of frank and he got me the best price and a good engine i highly recommend his dealership if your looking for a used car

We purchased a Honda CRV for my mother-in-law. After a couple of months, the starter went bad and Frank stepped in. Got us to a very reasonable mechanic and the car was repaired. He was very conscientious about making sure the job was done and called back to make sure it was done correctly a week later save this great deal of money and was very responsive

I just bought my first car from him, it was a white Toyota Corolla Sport, the entire process was so easy, and he helped me work it all out. The mileage on all of his cars are outstanding, and he only sells quality trustworthy cars. He helped fit the needs and standards me and my family had for a first car. He replaced tires as well as break pads, and made sure I was all set up and ready to go!! He also put a pink pin stripe on the side of it (that’s my favorite detail). I would 10/10 definitely recommend going to him if you want an honest and detailed Car Salesman!

After climbing under many Toyota 4 Runners in an attempt to find a “good deal” I realized that Frank’s 4 Runner was in exceptional condition. He seems to be very selective about the cars he’s willing to sell and is pretty meticulous about fixing what needs to be addressed before selling the car. After talking to him several times before buying it was clear to me that he’s extremely knowledgeable and conscientious about what he’s selling. For that reason I bought the car sight unseen and had it delivered to my home in another state. I was not disappointed when the car arrived. Rock solid just as described. Honestly this is the first place I’d look again for used car.

I needed a reliable and economical car to commute to work and someone at my job recommended that I call Frank Krause for a Toyota or Honda, what he specializes in. The person giving the recommendation had bought several cars from him and had great success. I made an appointment with him and he showed me his inventory and to my surprise actually saved me money by suggesting an older model with low mileage that would serve my needs very well. His cars all seem to be in excellent condition, without any damage and are very clean in appearance, they appear to have been well cared for. I am a single woman and any type of car purchase is stressful and salesmen seem to want to take advantage of my lack of knowledge of cars. I was pleased with all the knowledge Frank has about his vehicles, how he explained not only the advantages of each vehicle, but the disadvantages, I never had a salesman do that, but Frank is the owner, and seemed to be truly interested in my long term satisfaction and enjoyment of my purchase, instead of making a quick buck like salesmen. The whole purchase process was so much easier and less stressful than I ever imagined it was going to be and I have been enjoying my beautiful Toyota all summer, took a 2000 mile road trip in it with my family and the car has proved to become a good friend, thanks to my new favorite car dealer.
