Outstanding Service and Customer

I went into Herb Chambers Cadillac in Lynnfield last Saturday, March 15, 2014 with a problem involving the shifting of my 2010 SRX which I was driving to NYC in on Sunday, March 16, 2014 with my family. The check engine light etc. were on as I pulled in, I was met by Michael Anagnos the Service Manager and I explained the problem to him as I understood it. Mike calmed me down and assured me I would be making the trip to NYC and got me a coffee and took my car in to be looked at and about 30 mins later came out to tell me it was the Transmission control and it needed to be replaced. Not having a part in stock at that time and being a Saturday Mike set up a car for me to take on my trigot me back on the road againp and had me on my way in no time. When I returned from NYC on Tuesday afternoon my car was repaired and ready to go! I can't say enough about the service I received and how well Mike Anagnos treated me and got me back on the road again. Good people , great service and I highly recommend Herb Chambers Cadillac in Lynnfield and the service department. Bob O'Toole

Premium Quality Service

Had unexpected issues with our vehicle away from home and Herb Chambers of Lynnfield diagnosed and fixed the problem seemlessly. If we lived in the area, we would recommend this facility and especially the service department with the highest marks. Thank you to the service manager, Michael.

Herb Chambers Cadillac

I recently bought a used vehicle from Herb Chambers Cadillac of Lynnfield. Everyone at this dealership is amazing. Special thank you to Stephanie Killian (for getting me a better interest rate for financing then my own bank could), Arthur Kloack (for having the most patience as my 4 month old son sat with me during this process), Jon Chiavelli (for assisting me in the entire purchase of my car) and Michael Anagnos (for answering all my random questions).

Great dealership and organization

My 2013 ATS 2.0T is the fifth car I have purchased from Herb Chambers and I love the car. I have always been treated fantastic at the Danvers location and the new Lynnfield Cadillac location is no different. Great, courteous staff and great service. Usually I can get in and out for a service in a very short time. When the car does need to be kept longer, I am shuttled home. I will absolutely purchase my next vehicle from them again.

I recently purchased a Cadillac at your dealership and the purchased went very smoothly. My salesman Ted was very helpful and informative about the vehicle. Frank treated me fairly with my trade in value. Stephanie was informative on the financial aspects of my purchase. Totally Awesome Experience!!

I have been buying new and used cars regularly for forty years. After searching the internet for a few days looking for a (new to me) used car, I found the vehicle I was interested in with extremely low mileage and a very attractive price at Herb Chambers Cadillac. I visited the dealership on Wednesday afternoon and took the car for a test drive with Salesman Ted Bouchard. Without going into details let me just say that this was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. Ted was easy to deal with and very reassuring when I raised a concern about pricing that was quickly resolved by Frank Gambone. Stephanie Killian was very efficient in completing the paperwork and it was apparent to me that she takes great pride in representing Herb Chambers. When Ted was busy completing a training course, Arthur Kloack stepped in to hand over the keys to my vehicle and show me how to use it's equipment. I would definitely recommend Herb Chambers Cadillac to all of my acquaintances. I would definitely do business with them in the future, and if I hit Powerball anytime soon, there is a red Caddie on the showroom floor that is waiting for me.

GREAT EXPERIENCE!

I had a wonderful experience at Herb Chambers Cadillac in Lynnfield. The entire staff was extremely helpful and they really knew their stuff. I went to the dealership thinking I wanted to buy a car but after talking with the salesperson Stephen and managers Jon and Sal they patiently explained how a lease worked and how much cheaper the payments would be. I never thought I would lease a car but I am thrilled I leased my Cadillac SRX. I now have a new car that is always under warranty. I was on a budget so Stephen gave me the option of leasing a service loaner for a cheaper price, I was thrilled! I am thrilled about my new car and I would have never gotten it if I didn't have help from such an incredible, knowledgeable staff!

Needs Improvement

I was interested in purchasing a used vehicle and came across this dealership when I was browsing online. I was greeted when i walked through the doors but felt as if I was not priority due to my less than perfect credit score. Some staff are in need of customer service training. Disappointing

Wonderful experience!

Purchased a used vehicle from Cadillac Lynnfield. Andrew Valente was a wonderful salesman. I appreciated the introduction to the service department as service repairs can always be stressful. Michael was a class act as well.
