My experience with Cadillac of Plainfield was absolutely amazing!! Michael is amazing in what he does for customers and the dealership!!! Team lynnfield is 5 stars across the board!! Will recommend to everyone!!!

Sales experience As a four car family, I have purchased 6 cars from 5 different dealerships over the last 5-7 years. I found the Herb Chambers Cadillac of Lynnfield team to be exemplary in all respects. Each member of the team was welcoming, knowledgable, and professional every step of the way. Salesperson Kingslay Jean-Charles deserves special recognition for making the entire experience enjoyable. He, Frank and Stephanie are first rate and the utmost professionals. I highly recommend a visit to this dealership to anyone in the market.

Although I did not purchase my SRX in Massachusetts, Herb Chambers of Lynnfield is my local dealership. To date, I have had less than minor needs. Upon entering, the greeting lead technician, I assume, as I did not get his name, is in a white technician coat, looking very professional. Something I am impressed with, as a professional myself. He is already aware of your need to be there, yet is patient and alert to your further explanation. Thank you, for that. The service manager, Paul, is fast and efficient. I have overheard customers explaining their plight to Paul and he understands completely while putting them at ease, always with a smile and a "No problem", calm and easy demeanor, leaving you to immediately feel confident and relaxed. A second moment of relief! Thank you, Paul. The gal at the C/S register is as sweet and accommodating as can be. My thanks to you, as well. Other employees always seem to stop by to say hello while I am waiting and engage in easy, comfortable conversation and at times, actually making me laugh out loud. Mr. Chambers' Lynnfield location is impeccably clean, open and uncluttered! They always have complimentary coffee, tea, hot chocolate, Etc.. As well as fresh and frozen goodies. Both the current, daily editions of the Boston Globe and Herald are there for your reading, as well as other materials and television. When I receive my car, it is always with a smile, a complimentary bottle of water left inside, and a warm wave goodbye. I am very impressed with these extra thoughts. It really does make a difference and it does affect how you feel about being the owner of a Cadillac! I have learned that Cadillac dealers are intergraded with each other and your records are in the system and at hand. Just like a hospital. Very cool.!! I am confident that repair needs are just as worthy, yet, it is my hope to not have this need. All in all, a job very, very well done. Thank you, Mr. Chambers.

I purchased a SRX from the Lynnfield dealership, the sales associate that I dealt with was Arthur he was informative, knowledgable and patient. I didn't feel pressured which was nice. When I picked up my car he made sure I felt comfortable with the vehicle and and had programed many of the vehicles great features for me. He was great to work with. The service department has been fabulous to deal with, professional and friendly describe Mike and Paul, not that there has been a lot of problems with the vehicle just a few tweaks that needed to be ironed out. They have been terrific and very prompt at getting the service done. Also accommodating with a car loaner. Always nice when you pick up your vehicle that its been washed and vacuumed and a complimentary bottle of water. The entire staff at this dealership is friendly and helpful, I will definitely be back for my next vehicle from them.

I have an 8 yr. old xxx that I love. I needed some minor work done and the experience was great. I got my car detailed after the work and it looked brand new. Thank You !

I had been a Herb Chambers customer for the past 3 years and always serviced my Cadillac at first their former location (in Danvers) then most recently in Lynnfield. The service manager, Mike Anagnos had always been someone who was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable about the GM products. When my lease was due to end, I did my due diligence and researched my next vehicle until I thought I had covered all bases. Although I thought I had made my final decision, I figured who else better than to further educate me than a GM service manager. I asked Mike if he had a few minutes would he answer a few questions for me and he said sure. Long story short, he spent nearly 40 minutes answering my endless questions and as an expert in the auto industry, pointed out certain things that would never had occurred to me. I ended up purchasing another Herb Chambers vehicle and changed my decision based on Mike's expertise. I am very happy with my decision and believe that Mike saved me from potential "financial headaches" down the road.

My husband and I cannot say enough about the experience we had leasing our new ATS Cadillac. From the moment we walked into the showroom to just browse we were treated excellent. Ted Bouchard, our sales person, could not have been nicer and took an incredible amount of time explaining every facet of the process and the product itself. The day we picked up our new car he spent hours with us explaining every option on the car until we felt comfortable and stressed to us that if we ever have any problems do not hesitate to call him. A true professional from start to finish! The showroom is beautiful. Stephanie, the business manager, was so great with the paperwork process. All in all a great experience!
