I cant thank both Idelmy in sales and Corey in finance enough. They are extremely accommodating and professional, and personable! If it weren't for the top notch service I received from the very start, to the time I took delivery of my DREAM truck I would have looked elsewhere. Idelmy really made the whole experience very easy. He was transparent and listened to what I needed in order to feel comfortable buying here. 10 stars!!!!!

Service and price
I think MIKE and the overall service is absolutely phenomenal but the price for parts and labor is we way too high. I would have to be in a different income bracket to continue to have my car serviced there ..... but everyone is nice !

The Service could not be worse...
My experience with the Service Dept. is not a good one. Multiple trips to fix the same issue. Then I was told my rear brake pads were going to be replaced. They kept the car a lengthy amount of time. I was told by both the valet that delivered it (with no invoice) and the Service Manager Mike A. that they were replaced. A second valet called him while in my residence to confirm. Only to find out later that the work was not done as stated. Blatant lie. I would never trust my car to be worked on there again if this is how they do business.

Awesome Experience
Just purchased my new car last week and I have to say it was a great and painless experience. I worked with Ted primarily he made the process completely painless answering any questions and most of all was honest/upfront with me about everything. Ryan in the finance office explained everything clearly and I was in and out rather quickly. Wouldn't expect anything less from a Herb Chambers owned dealership. Thanks to the entire team and I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone that is interested in purchasing a car.

Bait and Switch
Looks like a great deal, doesn't it? Not so fast. I made an appointment to come in and see a vehicle on the phone with a manager on Monday. The appointment was set for this Saturday. On Tuesday (the day after my phone call) I received 2 emails from the dealership. One email was from the manager I spoke to, the other was from the sales person with whom I would be working when I came in to see the car. Both emails expressed that they were looking forward to meeting me on Saturday. Today (Wednesday), I called the dealership to talk to my sales person. My Saturday appointment was confirmed. But when I got home, there was a message on my answering machine. It seems that the car was sent to auction on the previous Monday. While I was on the phone with the manager? And the car was sold today. So why was my Saturday appointment also confirmed today for a car that was already sold? Very, Very Unhappy.

An incredibly classy dealership
Ted Bouchard was absolutely wonderful to deal with-down to earth , absolutely no hard sell. He is a perfect gentleman and phoned me twice at home as follow-up. Exceptional as Always!
