The best service ever!!!!!

Service manager MICHAEL ANAGNOS did unbelievable job. Friday before Memorial Day weekend he managed to fix my vehicle even though he had to locate and deliver parts from miles away. Dealership was extremely busy but he managed to finish difficult and time consuming job on my vehicle. I had the best service experience in my life.

Outstanding !! Service,Communications, Mgmt./Staff

I want to recognize Michael Anagnos, Service Manager, for his "Outstanding" Excellent Communications, An Action Oriented individual with regards to ensure his "Customers" are completely satisfied in all aspects to Services performed at Herb Chambers Cadillac Dealership in Lynnfield, MA. While I live in New Jersey and visited the dealership a few months back with a minor concern with my previous Cadillac, and stopped by for assistance, Mike immediately resolved my issue. I was happy for his assistance and on my next visit to Boston area which I visit monthly I stopped by and saw a New Cadillac and based upon knowing the assistance I received from a previous visit I decided to see a salesperson Salvatore Cusenza, who also communicated and went over my personal needs for obtaining another new Cadillac. Sal's, time afforded me to purchase another Cadillac which I have owned a few over the last few decades. Thanks again, also to Sal's assistance. While I live in New Jersey, and could have purchased another Cadillac in my own State, I decided to purchase in Massachusetts based upon the my few exceptional relationships via communicating with Herb Chambers personnel as I feel it was a Win, Win for both Customer and Dealership. I just had my New Cadillac Serviced for the 1st time and it was a pleasure to relax while communicating with Mike Anagnos, and another salesperson Walter Arsenault until my car was done with the service being performed. In summary, Thanks !!! to Michael Anagnos, Sal Cusenza, Walter Arsenault and the rest of the Staff at this dealership for making my trip a happy visit.

Best Car Buying Experience Possible

I recently purchased a 2013 Cadillac ATS from this dealership and could not have had an easier, more enjoyable experience. Kingslay, Lorne, and Jim made the car purchasing experience as smooth as possible. After having a bad experience at Ira Audi of Peabody, I am so thankful for the generosity, concern and compassion the Herb Chambers of Lynnfield sales crew showed me. Kingslay was knowledgable about the car, Lorne was extremely helpful in explaining the options for financing, and Jim made the purchasing portion painless. I'm very excited about the future in my beautiful ATS as well as with Herb Chambers of Lynnfield!

Always available with excellent service

Issue with L/ F door with locking/unlocking 2 PM called dealer told to bring 2013 XTS right in 3 PM arrived at dealership 4:15 PM fixed washed delivered to me-incredible service!

Great Dealership to Purchase a Vehicle From

I just Leased a Brand New 2016 Cadillac SRX from this Dealership and they are Fantastic. From Beginning to End the Experience was Great. Alan Vedope the Saleperson and Jon Chiavelli the Sales Manager made sure they answered all of my questions, and even insisted I go on a test drive, which I was glad I did. Jon made sure I understood everything. Alan went over the whole car with me the day I picked it up, and even invited me to come back for a refresher course. He called me a few days later to also check in on me, which was nice.

Leasing a Cadillac SRX

Met with an excellent salesman Ted Bouchard. Originally we were going to buy a used Cadillac after Christmas. We ended up leasing a new SRX before Christmas. We are delighted with our new car and the dealership made it "user friendly". Minimal work on our part. It will be my 3rd Cadillac. I contemplated going with another brand and we looked in other dealerships, but we kept coming back to Cadillac. I am anticipating good service, which will keep us coming back to the brand.
