The dealer did not even wash my car after it was serviced
The dealer did not even wash my car after it was serviced and they also did not refill my windshield washer fluid when the service indicator light was on the dash. The work that was performed was good just expect the above to be addressed like I am used to at other dealerships.

It was a great experience from setting up the appointment to pick up. I was really impressed with the video of the inspection showing the problems with the car. I wish the dealers for my other vehicles were as good.

Bill and the whole team worked to make our experience seamless. We started working with Bill this fall as we searched for our perfect Mini. He provided support and guidance as we searched with no pressure to move quickly in making a decision. We took our third Mini home yesterday and couldn’t be happier.

Erica the service associate is a true professional. She was able to help immediately and get my car checked in (even before it arrived via tow truck). Spencer the technician provided a comprehensive video inspection provided by text and email that was an exceptionally detailed verbal and visual description of all items found. Estimate provided in detail and service performed! Will highly recommend this team to anyone with a Mini Cooper!

Not sure whats happened here. The service work itself was fine. The customer service is almost nonexistent now. The last overnight dropoff I am not notified if any work is being done or if the car is ready. Called twice; first time I was told the Advisor would ring me back, didnt happen. Second time I called I was transferred to an Advisor - he stated he contacted me with a couple questions - yet my phone has no record of him calling (and they have my phone #). I’ve taken to having a friend or family bring me to the dealership to wait after a prolonged time window (7+ hours for a tire rotation?) - and even if I notify the staff I’m there I end being the one that discovers… after sitting in the empty lobby for 2+ hours… my car in the lot and that it’s ready. When I notified the cashier my car appeared to be done she stated she hadn’t received any paperwork- yet it was sitting on the printer. My God at least at Dobbs they yell your last name across the lobby when you’re good to go. The work on the car itself is great. The customer experience is zilch. Not sure if Im gonna stay a customer.

I love working with mini of St. Louis - they always provide excellent customer service in every department, and they make me feel like my business is important to them. I’ve had two minis from them, and I’ll be ordering my next this winter!
