We received excellent service from Sam Hall and Mary McDonnell! Very friendly. Spent some time with Neil and received excellent service as well, Super excited to own a Mini Clubman and see where this adventure takes us!

Mini of St.Louis went above and beyond the expectations I could have for any dealership. Their customer service is something other car salesmen and dealerships should take close note of. From the moment we walked into the showroom floor to our Motoring Advisor Bill taking us on a test drive, to their amazing finance manager Mary helping us get the best rate to the moment we took our beautiful Mini home, they went above our expectations to assure we got the car we really wanted and made my fiancé a very happy girl. Not once were there high pressure sales tactics, which was a refreshing feeling. And the lengths that Bill went to assure my fiancé knew every nuance of her new dream vehicle was the true red carpet treatment. Thank you Mini of STL for making us Mini lovers for life!!

Took my older Outback in for service and Bill took care of me. He made sure my car was taken care of and I was comfortable while I waited. I took mt car in for a tire rotation and oil change. When I got it back it was detailed on the inside and smelled brand new! It's a 14 year old car so that is no mean feat. I'll always bring my vehicles to MINI of Saint Louis.

We bought our MINI from Mark and it has been great. Just like was promised. Our service advisor was very good, explained everything and got me on my way in the time he stated. Great job by everyone.

I just purchased my second mini. I had my first mini for almost six years and loved it. The service personnel were always professional, courteous, and thorough. When it came time to upgrade this year, i always knew I wanted to stay with mini. I contacted the dealership and worked with Sam to make sure that we found the mini I was looking for. I gave him my specs, and he ordered the car. It arrived within 2 weeks. Financing and making my trade-in were easy and quick. The new features on the 2019 mini are excellent. I am very happy with my purchase, and with the staff of Mini of St. Louis.

Everyone here treated me well. I was approached by Bill when I walked in the door and he helped me search through their inventory so I could make a good decision. They had exactly what I wanted and I enjoy going by just to say hello. Mary also spent so much time with my wife and I to make sure we had everything understood.
