First service experience at HC Lexus. Professional, quick, and thorough. My only single complaint, unrelated to the service visit, is that waiting six months for a second key fob for a brand new vehicle is not what I expected.

Extremely disappointed with the lack of response from late February when I picked up the car. Waited to be contacted for a process that came with the car. Left several messages with no response. John in the parts department followed through on this service and it took him 3 calls a week apart to finally get someone to contact me. I made an appointment for 5/29 at 2PM which I arrived 10 minutes early and the reception area had nothing in the computer. I was then walked over to the woman I had made the appointment with and proceeds to tell me that they left. She called them to return which took over 1/2 hour. I had asked to use a loaner as I had been so inconvenienced and was told there would not be any available. I observed 2 courtesy cars in the lot and they were still there when I left. I had 2 Lexus vehicles in the past through Lexus of Watertown and they were fabulous. Always treated the customers with respect and care. I can’t believe that this situation took from late February until the end of May.

My wife and I walked into Lexus of Hingham, every one was supper friendly process was very smooth/ well explained and we walked away with our new Lexus. Everyone at the dealership are very professional and they care about their customers from the GM Patrick to the sales manager Adel as well as sales person Afif and finance manage Joe. Hands down THE BEST experience. I strongly recommend anyone who is in the market to buy a new Lexus don’t look any further this is THE place to buy your Lexus. Thank you everyone!
