Had my first service with my first Lexus today! I was blown away by how seamless the process was. I opted for the concierge option since I do live a distance from the dealership. Communication exceeded expectations. Texting made it super easy to coordinate. Loaner was amazing and my car came back pristine. Just more validation as to why I will be a Lexus owner for life ( prior MB driver)
